  Following a harrowing three car collision which totaled all three cars, mine included, I needed to get a rental until the settlement and paperwork was finalized. The rental I drove came from the Downtown Enterprise Car Rental in Lafayette, LA. From the day I picked up the car to the day I returned it, I received nothing but great customer service. The staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The car I was given was spotless and a solid ride. I highly recommend this location for anyone’s car rental needs. I hope I will never need another rental, but if I do, this will be the location I will go to. Seriously appreciate their service. Kudos to management and staff👍

  Everyone was courteous. Gave me excellent service. The Rental Car was very clean and I was pleased with the car accessories for my convenience!

  I called to see if they could pick me up, and they told me they couldn't. Then I said, "Fine, I'll come over myself," and they replied, "You know what? We don't actually have a car to give you either"—which is a complete lie. It's a shame that Enterprise employs people like this.

  I had a great experience with enterprise the staff was great the vehicle provided to me was perfect I highly recommend if you're looking to rent a vehicle you chose them you want regret it...
