- KRKelly RobinAug 4, 20262.0From my experience with the sale: I bought a used vehicle from them 4.5 months ago. When I bought it the online price was different than what I was charged. I was charged more. They tell you that you get 6 months warranty with Courtesy but what they don't tell you is there is a deductible with their warranty. Nothing is really free. From my experience with service: My vehicle has been in the shop 2x at their shop a month apart. They cannot duplicate most of my issues. Just know for 3.5 hours of work the labor is $650 and diagnostic charge is $195. Other dealerships around town are way cheaper and the work is same.
