  BMW of Lafayette provided me with the best purchasing experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. They offered the best overall pricing, responsive communication and great service. The General Sales Manager, Robert Ray, and his Sales Associate, Van Gardner, are true professionals who displayed integrity and honesty throughout the entire process. I recommend BMW of Lafayette to anyone looking to buy a BMW.

  I do not recommend working with Jeremy. He was very passive and his customer service was not up to par. We have scratched Moss BMW off of our list due to this.

  I always have the best experience at BMW of Lafayette. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Ms. Kelly at the front desk is incredibly kind and efficient. She checked me in quickly and even caught an oversight in the system about my oil change. That attention to detail means so much! Mr. Jon provides such a professional and personable shuttle service. He makes every drive smooth and stress-free. I’m so thankful for this staff!

  I'm not too happy because I purchased a car and one week later EPC light came one and a few days later Engine light came on and now I'm being told that I have to bring the car to them and they wouldn't tow it for me. I'm not understanding what's going on but it's not sounding right to me so now I'm forced to go another route to get my car fixed by them or replaced
