Mr. Aaron Service manager @ Kevin are crooks. My car was left sitting for almost two weeks, and each time I called about it I was told " we trying to reach the insurance." They lied to me over, and over again about the work that was needed to be done. Each time I brought the car in I picked it up with more problems. First time the car got out of the shop all of my key pads stop working properly. I started to have a concern when that issue happened, but silly me brought the car to them twice- only to having to pick it up the next day ( first time) and ) (same day) second time. Young blonde mechanic did not even know what he had fix on the car. First thing he said " oh it must of broke again- so it broke after you all fixed it- it actually sat there and broke again. This is getting beyond ridiculous. Mr. Aaron is greedy for money, and Kevin must be slow. Kevin was dealing with me since the Moss location, then all of a sudden strange behavior.- Did he know that they intentionally break cars, and he felt bad he used to come to the same church as me. These people that breaks, and steals honest hard working peoples' money will reap KARMA. After I paid Mr.Aaron few thousands, he was on vacation that same week. Now he thinks because he wrote up a nice message to Better Business about me not accepting all these extra services during an oil change- that its my fault the car's air is still not working. I did not waste my money on false claims, so because of that I am liable for the issues now. No sir, you all took my money, make me get a credit card of $400 to include in the payment because I did not have all the money it took to supposedly fix. Explain- twice a person picks up their car after paying a large sum of money- the car has to return because the air is still not working. This here lady ( Me) you will not scam. My bracelet was missing, I tipped the guy that brought me the car, and was yet tricked again. They put something in the car that kept it cool for a week, and then the air blew hot again the final time they so claimed fixed it. How can people lie, break, cheat, and steal on a job like that. I have so much more evidence, give my money back. You all not getting away with this one. Bring it will all your statements about giving discounts, taking money off, the rental I got only the second time. The first time I had to return the car I had to rent a car, and use a taxi. The car should have been fixed honestly, and I would of went on my way. You had to keep trying to give discounts because of they money that was stolen, and in plan to be stolen. Mr. Aaron I think you scamming BMW. I will be contacting the owner, because she needs to hear, see evidence, and understand what was done to me/ car. Don't need no sympathy empathy pat on the back. Give me my damn money so I can fix my air condition leak or what ever it is you did not fix in March.
My Dad and I and dog had to make an emergency stop on the way to Florida, and the people there at the Lafayette BMW store were so nice to us. Checked out the car. There was a vibration when driving at highway speeds and found out that it was a slightly bent rim. Didn't even charge us which is rare these days. Even let my dog come inside out of the hot weather. I can't say enough good things about this BMW dealership. Almost makes me want to drive there instead of going to my local store lol.. they are good too though š But if you ever need anything, whether you have a BMW or not, I would definitely go to that service shop there at the BMW dealership, they will treat you right!! š Thanks again! Also, special shout out to my rep. that helped us Edwin Green, knows his stuff and the tech rep. Dusty, I think his name was, helping me figure out this new technology in this new car and the rep. that answered the phone that helped us get set up and in there. I think he was a manager, they all need raises! šš
I brought my X3 in for its first oil service today. As expected, everything went flawlessly. I dropped my vehicle off around 8:30 in the morning, the service was complete by 10:30, and I was able to pick it up after work around 5:30 with no problems at all. During the service, I received a detailed video from the technician explaining the condition of various components, what had already been completed, and what remained to finish the service. The complimentary wash left my vehicle sparkling. Iāve always had great experiences with Moss BMW/BMW of Lafayette, and this time was no different. Dusty and Kevin are always courteous, professional, and efficient. On the sales end of things, Mr. Van has always treated us wonderfully throughout the purchase experience. Itās truly a well-run operation from all ends. Thank yāall!
I live in Montana and bought airline tickets and hotel rooms to buy what I thought was a Z51 2023 Corvette. Right before I went there, I find out it's not a Z51, which affects value and what I was looking for. I was still gonna go get it, but finally knew that's not what I wanted or be happy with. They never got back about reimbursing me for my expense on their false advertisement.

Today I was in the Lafayette area for business, so I decided to get my X3 serviced while I was there. I got there at 1:20 p.m. - 10 minutes early. My brakes were being inspected. It was determined that my front pads, sensor and rotor needed changing. What was supposed to be a 1 1/2 hour job turned into 4+ hours. There was no tv for me to watch, couldnāt connect my laptop to the internet and why werenāt there an abundance of snacks? There were three Granola bars, a bag of Cheetos, some other kind of miscellaneous chip, a few coffee pods, water, Diet Coke and Sprite. My service advisor was a kind and professional young man. I didnāt expect to be there that long so I hadnāt picked up lunch. I didnāt have a loaner car. Other customers came in after me to get their oil changed, etc. They were serviced and left shortly after. I still sat there. Half of my day was blown and I was completely tired. I will not return there for service or to buy a car. - Brenda Thomas-Nero
