⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We went to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram simply to look, thinking we might purchase a vehicle sometime in the next few months. But after working with Chad Robertson, we ended up purchasing a vehicle that same day! Chad was professional, thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered every question we had and made us feel like our needs truly mattered. If you’re looking for a new vehicle and want a salesman who genuinely cares about his customers, Chad is your guy! We highly recommend him!
I had an outstanding experience working with Danny. He was professional, honest, and truly went above and beyond to take care of me. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was, and he made it happen without any pressure or hassle. He made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Danny. You won’t be disappointed!

This was the simplest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! No long back and forth and stressful negotiations. David was fantastic! Acadiana Dodge had the exact truck I had been searching high and low for. Their customer service was second to none and even offered to deliver the truck to me nearly 3 hours away! I cant speak highly enough of these guys. Well done team and I wish y'all continued success!
"Highway Robbery" the story of Acadiana RAM in Lafayette, LA. Beware and stay away.
My new RAM 2500 broke down on interstate 10 in Louisiana on June 15th. I had it towed to Acadiana RAM on the afternoon of June 16th. Carlos was my service advisor & from the initial phone call to service my promaster. I was feeling he didn't want to work with me on this repair. "Two weeks out" he told me, "it will be a week before we even look at it." If you need to learn how to deter people, Carlos would be an excellent coach. I had no choice but to leave my keys in the hands of Carlos.
I drove home to New York in a rental vehicle that I had paid for out of pocket in hopes I could pick my van up soon. I waited, And sure enough, a week went by and I never heard from anyone with an update on my van. I took the initiative and called Carlos for a quick update. Never heard back. I called service & had a chance to speak with Lauren, the service manager at Acadiana. The only positive experience of this whole situation was Lauren giving me a call back. But the info wasn't very helpful. No news, no real update, just smooth talk to brush me off the phone.
Hallelujah! On June 25th Carlos calls me and tells me that my van is ready for pickup. Great, I ask what was wrong with it & his reply was "nothing." I spent $450 dollars of my own money to fly to Louisiana to retrieve my vehicle. I paid my bill of $588.56. I did have an oil change in there but was charged $400 for labor to find nothing wrong with my van. Oh, don't forget the 3% charge if you don't bring your checkbook or cash. Red flag right there, but I didn't know until it was time to pay for this courtesy.
I landed in Louisiana & drove my van home to NY with fingers crossed that it didn't break down again. Luckily I made it back to New York when the same problem on my van showed up again. This time stranded on the side of the highway, but closer to home this time around. Nothing was wrong with my van yet I still had to pay the invoice. I towed it to my local dealer in NY & they found the problem right away, same day. This dealership cost me a lot of money. I never was reimbursed by Acadiana. Instead, I was sent on my way to break down again. At the end of the day a little more due dillegence would have saved me plenty of time, headaches & money. They are quick to answer in sales but slow as molasses to answer for service. Inexperienced technicians when it comes to service for Mopar. What a shame.
I brought my car their because i was have issues with the engine light, temperature light and the throttle light all coming on at the same time, and in the dash it would say engine too hot and temperature gauge would quit working… it all started after being involved in an accident… well they did a diagnosis of a leaking radiator hose, alternator belt, ESim , replace gas cap and replace antifreeze, all needed to be replaced.. total quoted was $1800.00
Well i didn’t let them do the work because all that will not make the temperature light come on and make the temperature gauge quite working. So ok i brought the car to a local shop i deal with back home, for that shop to tell me i had two sensors that were not communicating with the computer. So Acadiana dodge made my pay for that diagnostic fee which was $174
I paid $250 to have my car towed back to Acadian dodge for those same 3 lights that kept coming on, for them to hold my car for 21/2 weeks stating the lights wouldn’t come on
I bought all the other parts they stated need changing that they claim was causing those lights to come on and had the work done at the local shop i deal with…. For those same 3 lights to continue to come on till this day
The local shop questioned me on why i was changing some of the parts because they didn’t need to be changed….
These people are a rip off and so unorganized
I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS SHOP AGAIN
