  My wife was involved in an accident with an employee of Sixt. She left the scene of the accident and didn’t provide my wife with the insurance information. When my wife called to ask for the insurance information she hung up the phone and has been ignoring texts. We have her drivers license, employer, and phone number. She was driving a company vehicle. A red Buick enclave. This is very unethical and poor business practices for employees. We just want our vehicle fixed

  We reserved a car for the week. We got to the area to pick up the car and the gentleman said 5 to 10 minutes. Several other customers came and went. We waited over an hour to rent a car when it was already paid and we came at the designated time. My suggestion to any one renting a car, don’t use sixt. They take care of who is important to them first and they will fit you in as they feel free. Just spend the extra money for a more popular company. Not worth the hassle.

  This was the worst rental car experience I have had in a long time. The vehicle was not ready when I arrived. Then when I returned the car the customer service representative told me over the phone it would up to 15 days before I received a refund for my deposit, despite being told it would be 24 hours. The rental agreement also says 24 hours. The customer service representative would not explain the discrepancy between what I was told at the counter, 24 hours, to the 15 days by customer service. They should not be able to hold a deposit for 2 weeks when you return the car on time with no issues.

  As we are always looking to enhance your rental experience, I gave this rating because the customer service was excellent. Terry did an awesome job making me feel valued and truly cared about as a customer. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and welcoming, which made a big difference.
