  I had Safelite come out to replace the windshield on my truck. During the first appointment, the technician was unable to successfully calibrate the system, but that was not my primary concern with the service. After the first installation, the interior of my truck was left noticeably dirty, and part of my headliner was damaged during the process. Safelite ultimately determined that a different windshield was needed, which required a second installation. Unfortunately, after the second installation, I experienced additional issues. The cover surrounding the camera/sensor near the windshield no longer sits flush or fits properly. The interior was also left dirty again, and there are now visible fingerprints, smudges, and marks on my headliner that were not present before the windshield replacement. Given that these issues occurred over the course of two separate appointments, I would prefer not to have Safelite attempt to clean or repair these items. Instead, I am requesting reasonable compensation so that I can have the interior and headliner cleaned and purchase a new replacement cover for the camera/sensor area. I believe this is a fair resolution considering the condition of my truck before the service compared with how it was returned to me. I would appreciate Safelite working with me to provide compensation for the professional cleaning and the cost of the replacement cover.

  This location is hands down the BEST. They work quickly, and do a great job. I had a chip in my windshield, Darvis came out and repaired it, you can BARELY see the chip. Next day I kid you not, driving into work I got another chip. I dropped into the store and they were able to squeeze me in for same day service at my work. Sean came out today and did a great job as well. Both techs were friendly, fast, and did great work. Staff is incredibly friendly and make the process easy!
