- ABAlexander BalthazarOct 7, 20265.0Polite and attentive staff to include the technician. I was in and out 15 minutes after my arrival. Great job as a team.
- NTNatalie TujagueOct 6, 20265.0So easy and convenient. I called Safeway and they were out the next day to make the windshield replacement at my home. The technician was so knowledgeable and kind with highly recommend Safelite.
- GMGail MEDFORDOct 4, 20265.0My recent experience with Safelite outstanding. The process from making the appointment to final payment and a wave goodbye was flawless. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I cost was quite fair for the work involved and the replacement window. I highly recommend Safelite.
- CCChristine ChatelainOct 3, 20261.0Disappointing Windshield Replacement Experience I was unhappy with the quality of my windshield replacement at the Kenner location. The lower trim was broken, not secured properly, and already starting to come loose, exposing the foam underneath. The dashboard near the windshield vents was pushed in during the service and now rattles while I drive. I purchased the premium package, which included rain repellent and new windshield wipers, but the passenger-side wiper is the wrong size—it extends beyond the windshield and catches on the side trim and does not work. The technician did not explain the work completed or inspect the vehicle with me afterward. Since I was the last appointment of the day, I felt rushed to pay and leave. I expected better workmanship and customer service, especially after buying the premium package.
- GDGay DuhonSep 24, 20265.0I was concerned my crack would not be repaired but Tech Nathaniel was knowledgeable and did great job. Just wish Safelite advertise not all repairs can be done at your home. Wish there was Safelite closer to my home
