- MMMichael Crain (MC)Dec 31, 20251.0I drive a lot for work , so I go to racetracs all over Louisiana and Texas. This one is by far the worst one. Which sucks because this is the closest one to my house. I have never gone there and not had some kind of issue. The employees are extremely rude, and they are horrible about keeping things in stock. They never have styrofoam cups, and they usually don't have large cups, period. The crushed ice machine has been broken for over 6 months. And today they had no liquid coffee creamer at all. And I asked the woman if she could open a milk up from the drink cooler so I could have something in my coffe and she looked me in the eyes, scoffed, and walked away. Also, dont use pump 12. It doesn't stop pumping when the tank is full and sprays gas everywhere. I love racetracs overall but this one is absolute trash. The entire crew from the general manager downwards needs to go.
