  I departed from my flight and arrived at the rental center to pick up my car. There were nothing available but mini vans. Unfortunately this would not meet my needs so I was a bit frustrated, but LaShunida and Courtney were wonderful and assisted me with getting an upgrade to acquire one of the premium vehicles so I could depart for my hotel. They were very kinda and incredibly helpful 10/10 customer service from them!!

  National Car Rental – MSY Headline: Customer Service That Still Exists Qualification for this review: * Business traveler * Road warrior 8 months out of the year * Executive Elite member Review: A special shout-out goes to Joseph and Lardesha for delivering the kind of customer service that keeps frequent travelers coming back. Lardesha was warm, outgoing, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. While patiently waiting with me to speak with Joseph, she made the time pass quickly and turned what could have been an ordinary interaction into a pleasant experience. Joseph took the time to listen to what I was looking for and worked hard to get me the best available vehicle from the Executive Elite selection. He genuinely cared about finding the right fit and ultimately came through with a great ride. In an era where exceptional customer service can feel increasingly rare, both Joseph and Lardesha demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a commitment to making sure customers leave satisfied. It’s interactions like these that remind you why National continues to earn the loyalty of so many road warriors. Verdict: Outstanding service from two employees who clearly understand hospitality. Joseph and Lardesha went above and beyond to make sure this Executive Elite member drove away happy. Would rent again: Absolutely.

  Told not to put bags in baggage holder. Ok for employe but not customer. Thanks for making our last day here enjoyable. Never come here ever! Longest ride from airport. Just Uber.
