  I always have a great experience with National, but Lashunda really made this visit stand out. She took the time to make sure I wasn’t just satisfied with my rental, but genuinely happy with it.   We arrived late because the airlines was over two hours behind. Thankfully we met LaShunda As we entered the Rental center at New Orleans Rental Car National Rental cars. She immediately came to me and helped me get the truck that I had reserved even though we were well over two hours late. She actually walked around the car rental center helping me pick out the best vehicle that I needed for the week in Louisiana. She was amazing and I would not hesitate to hire her! Thank you National! Well done!

  I had an outstanding experience at this National. I didn’t catch the name of the employee who checked me out, but she went above and beyond to help me when my credit card was mistakenly charged to my personal account instead of my professional one. She handled the situation with calm professionalism, even when I was stressed about catching my flight due to the shuttle delays at MSY. She literally ran after me as I was heading toward the office to let me know she had already fixed everything; no need to speak with management, no extra steps, just genuine, proactive customer service. Her dedication and kindness truly delivered one of the highest levels of service I’ve experienced. I’m very grateful for her help.
