  I have rented from Enterprise for two years in a row when I come into town to see my daughter. At airport rental in New Orleans off of Kenner. JUAN at the front desk is the most friendly , helpful and has a delightful sense of humor. The rental company really is lucky to have him representing their company.

  Every aspect of this rental was perfect: a pleasant and efficient check-in, a lovely woman who helped find the car I needed, and an easy exit. The car was fine. Rental return was speedy. Previous rentals were barely successful.

  Rented from Enterprise at New Orleans airport, RA#867185307 Picked up the vehicle on 3/2, expected return on 4/1, but had to extend to 4/5 because of work delays. Because of the length of the rental period Enterprise would not allow me to extend without driving all the way back to the airport (45 minutes each way) so they could check the mileage. Took them less than 5 minutes. When I returned the vehicle on 4/5 instead of emailing a final copy of the rental agreement they emailed an estimate only. I called no less than 5 times to the corporate number asking for a final invoice. They could do NOTHING! Kept telling me that they could not directly contact the branch and that they would send a message to the branch and it would be priority. Still nothing for days. Also while the RA is in progress it will not show in your past rentals on the web or APP. Finally 15 days later on 4/20 I get a final invoice. I had almost 15K in travel expenses to be reimbursed by my company waiting for this final invoice from Enterprise. That I now have to wait until the next pay period to be reimbursed for. Enterprise you really failed on this rental. I used to tell others how great you were, but you blew it on this one. I can't believe one branch can just hold up an invoice until they are ready to close it out and corporate is helpless. The customer service agents were nice, but helpless to do anything but tell me to be patient. Filled out the survey from Enterprise like I do when a rental is good or bad. Still no follow up from them, sad but a truly bad rental experience on this one.

  Check in and receiving the card went very smooth and easy. Text Customer Service. My truck was very clean. Still had the new car smell. The Vehicle road and operated very nicely. I enjoyed using it.

  If you rent @ Enterprise, as I have since 2012, do have a backup plan! The MSY Enterprise refused to honor my reservation (#1595964251) this evening even though they had vehicles... I arrived on a flight into MSY, took the 20 minute bus ride to the car rental terminal. I chose to go to a real person @ the rental counter instead of doing the online check in. Bad choice! In my very brief encounter with the counter agent, I, evidently, unintentially, offended him. He then sent me out to the car area to the manager. The manager said I had "disrespected" the agent & that I had said something to the agent that I did not say. He, therefore, said they would not rent to me. I was totally taken aback & surprised by all this! I received no recommendation for what to do or interest in my thoughts on what had happened. I was put in an unsafe situation to then find transportation on my own to my destination an hour away. New Orleans is not known to be a safe place to travel especially after dark & especially for a lone female. I worked it out & no criminal acts befell me, but it was a VERY DISAPPOINTING, INCONVENIENT, UNSETTLING EXPERIENCE AFTER 14 YEARS AND MANY RENTALS WITH ENTERPRISE ALL OVER THE U.S. & FROM THIS PARTICULAR ENTERPRISE. Summary: be prepared & don't fly in near dark if you plan to rent! Epilogue: I am mystified by how accidentally hurting a person's feelings is cause to refuse my business as this does not affect my treatment of their cars.
