  I’ve used Enterprise MSY airport for my son’s dorm move In/out needs for 3 years. This location has always provided excellent customer service that includes warm energy and a smile. Sometimes there are cheaper car rental options available, and I STILL choose Enterprise, because that’s where I feel valued!

  Easy car rental at the New Orleans Airport. There are nonstop shuttles from outside baggage claim to the car rental building. All the car rental agencies are in that building. The front desk agent was friendly and efficient getting me checked in, faster that people at the other counters. Once checked in, you go out, pick your car then leave. It is very simple to get out to Airline dr or the interstate from the car rental building. My vehicle was very clean, ran fine and still had the "new car smell".

  Rented a car here, was given a contract saying 2 day rental to be returned after hours on Sunday night in Brookfield CT, I returned the car on time and was charged an extra day because the Brookfield location didn't check it in until 9am Been trying to reach ANYONE here about this for over a week. Tried Brookfield location, they said I can only talk to the MSY location who made the agreement, but this location has no direct phone call line, so I can't reach them. Tried emailing, tried chat on website, tried calling customer service several times...all say the manager at this location has to review it....... Super frustrated to be charged an extra hundred dollars when I returned the car on time and now not able to get a refund because I can't talk to anyone at this location, pretty poor customer service all around

  I want to recognize Kahlia, the station manager at Enterprise, for providing outstanding customer service. My family and I were leaving on a family vacation on Friday, and we originally had a reservation with Hertz. Unfortunately, they called the morning of our trip to cancel our reservation, and I was in a panic. I quickly made an online reservation with Enterprise for a smaller vehicle, hoping we could still make our trip work. When I arrived at the Enterprise location, I asked Kahlia if there was any chance a larger vehicle—preferably a 12-passenger van—was available. She immediately made a phone call, and within five minutes, she made it happen! I was so relieved and incredibly grateful for her willingness to help. She went above and beyond to make sure my family could travel comfortably, and her professionalism, efficiency, and kindness turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Thank you again, Kahlia! You truly made our family vacation possible, and I sincerely appreciate your exceptional customer service.

  I have to say this was a great experience dropping off my car to Enterprise at New Orleans Airport. I originally picked up in Baton Rouge which was also amazing. Charlene came right up asked a few questions, I explained my situation and she jumped right into action. Her coworker Bessy helped me out a great deal also. These ladies made sure I was to the airport on time which I didn’t know was so far from Enterprise. Last minute I was given my 18 month old grandson to take home to Connecticut and these ladies made it happen. I really know how much I appreciate their kindness and hospitality. They truly were a blessing. I will be back in 3 weeks and I hope to see their lovely faces. Thank you again. Only company I rent from. I loved my Jeep Wagoneer. Wish I could afford one.
