  Absolute worst car rental service. Luckily national was right next door and there ere able to get in in a car within 10 minutes for over 100$ cheaper, they were also MUCH more kind. Waited 2 hours with budget, never again, they were also just rude .

  I had an incredibly easy and seamless experience renting with an older woman on 9/8 in the morning. She was so kind, pleasant, and got me squared away immediately. I was then greeted by an (Asian) man in the parking lot who helped me with my things and got me to my zone and car. So incredibly sweet. I was immediately so grateful and assumed this was MSY. They’ve permanently won my business tonight 9/14. I didn’t book with them because I wanted points and SW required me to book elsewhere. Enterprise was great, others would be too right? Nope. Their competitor left me with a dog in tow and no car at 10pm. I didn’t even try my luck at the Enterprise counter as others I passed by said we have nothing. Scrambling to figure it out, I just waited in the corner on the verge of tears. But you know what happened? An older man came to me and said, it’s a van but we can help you at Enteprise. Short of hugging him, he took care of me and several others who had also been SOL. He and the other agent were soo kind and pleasant. Again, the kindness extended outside where the ladies who helped me were just as wonderful. You’ve got me on every trip now! Thank you for such great customer service! You seriously turned everything around for me. 🥲 * Ps: I only reference the gender and race of those who helped me to hopefully help identify and praise them. I wish so badly now I had gotten their names!

  Arrived on time in New Orleans and had reservations with another company...walked right up to Enterprise /Alamo...took care of everything with no reservations. Walked out while others were still in line waiting

  Mac is the best. Helped me get a car for a very specific garage and was incredibly professional and kind the entire time even as the line got crazy busy.

  We originally booked a reservation through Thrifty, but when we arrived at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport near midnight, Thrifty told us we were out of luck—claiming they had no cars available until 8:00 AM the following morning. They left my family and me completely stranded in the airport late at night. ​That’s when Juan at Enterprise stepped up. Even though we didn't originally have a reservation with them, Juan went above and beyond to help us when he didn't have to. He quickly found us a car and got my family unstranded and safely on the road. ​Juan’s professionalism, kindness, and swift action turned a total nightmare into a massive relief. I will never rent from Thrifty again, but thanks to Juan, Enterprise has earned my business for life!
