Alamo charged me for extra days and fuel charges. Double check your bill. Unacceptable behavior for an organization owned and operated by Enterprise. Need to get their act together.

The first vehicle they gave us had dirty and wet seats. After I brought it to the lady’s attention, she came over to check. At first, she pressed a piece of paper on a clean, dry part of the seat and said it was fine. I pointed out that she needed to check the actual dirty area. When she pressed the paper on that spot, it came back with dirt and moisture on it. Definitely check your rental car carefully inside and out before leaving the garage. It could save you from being blamed later for something that was already there.
