  Never again.. The process is super slow. The worst experience ever. There is only one person over the counter. It took another 30 more min for the registration. Never again.

  Vehicle I reserved was not available when I arrived. I had entered information to allow me to “skip the counter”, which doesn’t mean much if the vehicle you signed a contract for isn’t even there. I was told by the manager that he would “waive the gas charge” and “take a little more off the top”. Neither of these things happened for me

  The employees were very nice. My only problem was not being advised about the car that they they gave me a Chevrolet Equinox , the driver seat was equipped with what I thought felt like electric shock waves as a warning system so when there was some kind of safety issue the warning system sent electric shocks through my butt. To me, this was strange and it could’ve almost caused an accident because I was not expecting to have the sensation. In the future, I think they should warn you about certain cars that you’re gonna be driving. All I know all the employees that I encounter were very nice. That’s just a little something and maybe that’s not the employee’s fault but maybe the company could at least let people know what they’re to expect or at least I turned off those features that are kind of weird.
