  This location is extremely outdated and inconvenient. They don’t accept LA Wallet, don’t allow tap pay, won’t swipe cards, and can’t even manually enter card numbers. In 2026, that’s honestly unacceptable. What should have been a quick rental turned into a frustrating delay that put me behind schedule for work. I would genuinely rather walk than deal with this location again.

  My wife rented a car Thursday afternoon right before closing she came straight home after. After driving it a little the hood shakes when you press the brakes the car really doesn't go as it should an when you do press the gas it sound like the engine is going to fall out the car an it's by far unsafe to drive an the car should've never been rented out to be honest! Shes called since 9am the next morning to get it switched out was told she would be contacted before the end of the day once something came in to be switched out an had constantly gotten the run around. Lack of communication she shouldn't have had to constantly call to get an update because no one called her back. Then calls Saturday morning to see if theres a switch available they say no she ask to pay for a upgraded vehicle they said yes but not till Monday afternoon an that's when the rental is due back.

  I made a phone reservation, but just five minutes later, the location called to say they had no availability. When I asked why the phone representative told me otherwise, I was told, “they always do that.” This was very unprofessional and frustrating.
