  Had multiple bad experiences, took them 3 attempts to patch a simple nail in a tire. I also had an appointment for an alignment, and they instructed me to return the next day at a specific time. However, when I went back, they informed me that they couldn’t perform the alignment. Wasted my time multiple times now, won’t be back.

  Live in Longview Texas and travelled to the area today for work and of all things - ran over an old life vest in the road that caught under my chassis. Stopped in and the folks at Mavis were very kind and helpful! In this day and age it's still great to have a business that cares to still lend a helpful hand and is willing to extend kindness to others. My thought is if they will show in a random act such kindness, one a certainly entrust giving them your tire business and other associated things needed with your car! Thank you Darren for taking the few minutes to offer such assistance in a day where many others shops would simply send you away!!

  I stopped by right at closing time expecting to have to come back another day, but the team took great care of me. They got me set up with four new tires quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude even though they were at the end of their day. I never felt rushed, and the service was friendly from start to finish. It's rare to find people willing to go the extra mile like that. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or automotive service. Thank you Darien for all your help.
