  Hello, I recently went to the manhattan car wash where i obtained my membership to cancel it due to financial constraints at the moment. A man who claimed to be the manager informed me that cancellations are not allowed on-site and said it would “make him look bad” if he processed it, even after I explained that I currently cannot afford the membership. He directed me to customer service, but they have been taking a while to respond, and my next billing cycle is approaching. If this is standard procedure, I hope you will consider finding a more customer-friendly way to handle membership cancellations and better assist customers in situations like this.

  The attendant was not helpful or friendly at all. Approached me when self servicing and didn’t speak or help but watch struggle and just looked. I didn’t expect any help but why come over and just look. Then even as entering the car wash barely guided me on the tracks. I would over look some of the vacuums not working and things but the attendant behavior was shocking. No hey how you doing or anything just a resting face
