- LBLuna B.Sep 24, 20265.0Adam, the technician at the Lapalco location, was polite, knowledgeable, and organized. Replacing an entire windshield is never a fun time, but Adam gave me peace of mind and made the entire experience pleasant. 10/10 will recommend.
- AAAriSep 23, 20265.0After five years, a resin-filled crack decided it was time to spread out. In short, it was time to have my windshield replaced. Making the appointment was easy, as was getting the replacement completed. However, my rear view mirror cover was accidentally cracked during the repair. I brought it to their attention and they agreed to take care of the damage. While it took about three weeks to get everything completed properly, the team at Safelite, particularly Adam and Pete, kept me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am pleased with the finished product, as well as with the service I received, and in the event I need glass services again, I would definitely give Safelite Harvey a call. Thank you again.
