  Very good experience at the Enterprise of Harvey. Customer service was at a high with these professionals. I was dealing with a very stressful situation with dodge dealership that was servicing my vehicle, and both Damien and Kaleb made the rental process smooth and easy for us. These guys made sure we were able to get in and out with our rental car without any unnecessary delays, even with everything else that was going on. Your kindness was definitely appreciated, Stacey & Darrell Craig

  Poor management That Dont take Responsibility for there employees mistakes Car reeked of Smoke cigarette burns everywhere Dirty and wiper blades didn't barley touch the glass they we're so worn out Biggest Issue was i paid and signed my contract they 2 days later they changed the dates on the a non signed invalid contract and emailed it to me and also debited my account for additional payment without permission or pre authorization and that is FRAUD and THRIFT of FUNDS Stay away or watch your bank accounts for fraudulent charges also they left a pick in the vent on the dashboard

  After scheduling a pickup so I can get the rental car they never showed up. Called and called no answer. Finally got a ride to their location to see about picking up a rental car the first car 30 minutes after receiving it I was locked out of the car because the key fob wouldn't work. 5 hours later got dropped off a second car. The driver's windshield wiper arm goes past the window frame. I would strongly recommend not using them.

  Worst Enterprise on the Westbank. Frank had a nasty attude towards my fiance once I left, the other tried to pick up my finace. The vehicle was in bad conditon. Crack in windsheild, stained seats, oil splatter, water spots, dents. came with a 1/4 tank of gas - they get a freebie on left over gas. They dont answer the phone at all. We were a little late for the appointment but tried calling over 5x. Waited over 2 hours (got skipped by over 10 people) Never again. I'll be using a different company from now on.

  This location is by far the worse I've dealt with and I've been renting cars from Enterprise for over twenty years. I booked a reservation about three weeks ago to pick up July 3 @ 8a.m for my son. My son arrived at 8:27 a,m, and was told that there is NO cars on the lot. NOT ONE car was available, and they didn't have an exact time when any car would be available? I reached out to the branch location on behalf of my son around 9:45 a.m. And spoke with Dwight and was told that there was a flood two weeks and cars were out and it was Essence Fest weekend? THAT'S something that Dwight should have taken note off and planned accordingly to ensure he had cars on the lot. It appears that Dwight nor any staff looked at the reservations the previous night or that week to check what was coming in or going out. At this rate they shouldn't have opened as they were not ready for business. My son wasted almost FOUR(didn't get into a rental almost around 11a.m.) hours waiting for a vehicle which is totally unacceptable. Dwight stated he was the branch manager and an incompetent one at that to not respect peoples time and money. I will never do business with this location and head office needs to clean house at this location.
