  I’m from Mobile , Alabama and had a blow out on the way to Houston. I called and was immediately greeted with Louisiana hospitality and was towed straight there . The guys got me in and out for a great price and were kind and The service was awesome . We were back on the road in less than an hour !! ROLL TIDE but thank you Hammond, Louisiana.

  if I could give zero stars, I would I had the absolute worst experience at this place. My boyfriend dropped my car off to have one rim fixed because it had a dent in it and two new front tires. The guys stated that they would be able to get the dent out of the rim. They tried to do so and broke the rim. They then said that since they were responsible for breaking it, they would buy another one. I go pick the car up about a week later I noticed that they had given me three new tires and none of them were low profile tires, which is what my car has and one of the rims didn’t match the other three rims. They had also charged me $250 for an alignment that they never done when I get there the lady who I believe is the manager tried to convince me that they were the same colored rims and that the sun had faded the other three rims, then goes on to tell me that they alignment machine was serviced right after they got done with my car. They kept trying to convince me that it was the same colored rim. My rims are a dark, charcoal color and they put a silver rim on it so then they told me I would be fine to make a seven hour one-way road trip with three regular tires and one low profile tire, which I knew better than that so therefore I had to buy another regular tire to put on my car because I somehow paid initially for two new low profile tires and I somehow ended up with three non-low profile tires. They told me if I wanted the low profile tires that I would have to buy three. They also returned my car to me missing a lug nut. They also told me that they would only cover the price of a new matching rim up to a certain price we went round and round with them for weeks. They also supposedly realigned my car and it still is driving like shit. this has been one of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had. I’m still driving around with a mix matched rim and had to buy a fourth tire for my vehicle when I was only supposed to buy two absolutely do not take your vehicle there they are very unprofessional. The manager was ignoring other customers being overly chipper with my boyfriend and hitting her vape in the middle of the lobby 10 out of 10 do not recommend save yourself your time and your money and avoid this place entirely.

  Had my Ford Super Duty serviced here Saturday morning for an oil change and maintenance service. My final bill was $479.83, which would’ve been fine if all the work listed on the inspection sheet had actually been completed. According to the checklist, they were supposed to: * Check all differentials — this was not done * Grease the front end — this was not done * Rotate all tires — this was not done I paid a significant amount of money and did not receive all the services I was charged for. Another concern was the paperwork showing the incorrect oil being used in my truck. When I questioned it, the employee at the counter told me they did use the correct oil, but that “the computer inputs it wrong.” That explanation did not inspire much confidence. To make matters worse, the technicians stood on the front of my truck with oily boots because they apparently didn’t have a ladder to service it, which scratched my brush guard. My truck is not lifted — it’s a factory ride height F350. Very disappointed with the quality of service and attention to detail. I will not be returning to this location.

  My husband had a couple tires replaced here, which was fine. He also asked for an oil change and at the end of his ridiculously long wait he asked about the oil change and they claimed to have forgotten about it. So he waited for a bit longer where they had claimed to change the oil. Here we are less than a month later, only about 300 miles added to the car, and he’s at a more reputable place who showed him the black sludge like oil that came out of the car. There is no way this place actually changed it like they were supposed to. This is an untrustworthy business to us now. We don’t plan to use them for any services in the future.

  Not a great experience. The lady had no lighfs on when we came in. Nor did she want them on. She complained about doing things the whole time. Then when the mechanic came in and turned the lights on she screamed "JESUS CHRIST" which as a christian offended me somewhat but i just kept on. The young man in front of us had a rim issue and after he left she just went on and on about him and what all hes done to his vehicle. This was after asking him if his company was hiring for her biyfriend. Was an odd experience all around. Wont be back. On top of the tire was $60 in fees just to mount and balance one tire. Extremely excessive. But had to do what we had to do.
