- ABAkeem Bell4 days ago1.0Horrible experience they had 5 registers and only one working and that worker was also answering the phone. They have 5 or more bays to work on cars but only 1-2 mechanics to actually work. I went to get an alignment and I waited one hour before anyone even acknowledged me . All together I spent over 3 hours to get a 20 min job done. After I finally got my work done to my vehicle as I was on my way home I noticed all kinds of lights where on on my dash so the next day I had to go back and the problem was they forgot to reprogram the system

I was completely caught off guard when I was told it would be $89 for an oil change and tire rotation, so when it came up to a subtotal of over $100, I wasn’t exactly happy. They took an extra $5 off, but I still wasn’t entirely satisfied.

I live out in Covington and was trying to head up to my hometown in Illinois for something very important to me when it happened. Soon as the opened on Thursday I called, spoke with Brandon I think was his name, was so so incredibly kind and helpful and was able to get my new tire on without me being there in person. I was so incredibly grateful! They even made sure my front tires wouldn’t give me any issues. This location may be a little bit away from me, but if I ever need new tires and I’m able to, I’m going to Brandon at tire choice! Also was very affordable! Thank you guys so much!
