  The staff who helps in the beginning are second to none!!! I recommend this carwash for the staff alone...worth it even though it's an older facility.

  I purchased the highest "Unlimited Pro 5 Plus" monthly plan today. (What a waste) Terrible wash and vacuums. Did not clean my car well at all. Bugs were still all over the front hood, bumper, and windshield. Also had dirt spots all over from the not so "spot free" rinse. I was so so super excited especially because I just bought my 1st brand new car... I've only had the vehicle a week and thought "why not get a monthly plan" because I'll be needing it often to keep my baby nice and clean. Dude, I am so freaking mad I spent my lil extra budget on this crap car wash place. Whatever the cleaning solutions are that they offer you to clean your windows and interior are terrible and seemed watered down so they dont even clean well nor do they smell good. Said it was a citrus scent..yea right! Yall should include free air fresheners, small trashbags, and floormat papers to keep our rugs clean after using yalls weak vacuums. I wasted my hard earned money with yall, thinking yall were an honest and fair company. Never again! I will tell everyone I know this place is a joke and I hope anyone wanting to get their car washed at Take 5 in Hammond reads this first. RUN. 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️
