  Poor customer service. I had a reservation at 8:00am for a rental car, I came to the building at 7:55am. Upon my arrival, I noticed an enterprise employee outside assisting another customer with their rental car. After coming up the the building I saw 5-6 employees inside behind the front desk and tried pulling on the door, for it to be locked. The employees proceeded to stare at me through the window without acknowledging me. The employees who was previously helping the other customers then came up to the door beside me, and waited for someone to unlock the door. The employee did not greet me, or acknowledge me. The employee was then let in, yet I was left standing outside standing in the 90° heat with the door being locked behind them. I waited outside several more minutes waiting to be helped. The lack of customer service was very frustrating. Nobody greeted me or even offered me to come inside from the heat. Even if they were not able to help service me right away, an acknowledgment that I would be helped soon or a simple good morning would have went a very long way. I will not be renting from this location again.
