The only thing that wasn't really great was after we left the pick up location less than 20 miles away, the oil change indicator appeared and the percentage is less than 10%. It was 0 when I got to my drop off location. Thankfully nothing went wrong.

- TVT VarnadoJun 3, 20261.0This company completely FAILED to provide me with profesional service consisting of accurate and timely information, despite me visiting the location 2 days in advance of a reservation. During my visit, I provided my license and requested information in order to be added as a driver, only to later be told I would need to go into another location and supply the same information again. Also, specific amount for security deposit was NOT provided when I visited the Hammond office ahead of the "pick up" date for vehicle. To add insult, the rental car was not ready for 1pm (as scheduled) and the exterior was not cleaned well. Enterprise states (on phone recording) their goal is to "give every customer a great experience". Well, my current experience has been very far from great, especially considering I physically went in the office days EARLY to help ensure a smooth transaction. A higher level of organization, clear and correct communication, as well as efficient customer service is needed. I issued one star because zero was not an option.
