    We just left the Manhattan location earlier with AWFUL service. We decided to swing by this location on Lapalco. What a night and day difference! The customer service here is fantastic! John was super friendly and professional with helping my husband and I. Definitely going to come to this location instead. Way to go John!

    Even though my car was seen on camera in perfect condition , no wear or tear to the driver side of my car they refused to accept accountability for part getting stuck in their track due to me not being on the track correctly, thanks to the employee being on his phone while guiding never once looking up . I had just been to my usual car wash a few days prior , no issues. Haven’t been back since .
