My truck came out with multiple scratches, including some that went through the paint, which is extremely frustrating—especially since this was my first wash after buying it brand new. Beyond the damage, the wash itself wasn’t very effective. There were still dirty spots left on the truck, along with noticeable water spots. On top of that, the vacuums are unreliable—it’s hit or miss whether you’ll find one that actually works. Picture is of the scratches that went through the paint on the rear passenger side door Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location and won’t be returning.
