  I have rented from this location several times just returned a car Tuesday and have never had any issues until my interaction with the female employee at this location, who stated that she was the manager. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed to have no interest in helping customers. I also overheard her talking about customers, which is not something I would expect from someone in a management position. What’s disappointing is that I’ve always had positive experiences with the male employees at this location. The level of customer service was completely different. After leaving, I went to another location and was able to get a rental with no issues at all. If she is truly the manager, that makes the experience even more concerning because managers should be setting the standard for professionalism and customer service, not creating a negative environment for customers.

  I went to Enterprise Rental on the west bank in New Orleans Louisiana. I rented a Dodge Ram 3500 commercial. My experience with the vehicle was awful. The truck smelt like animals was in it like they passed away in. It was not clean and the maintenance was not up. Check-in light kept coming on. In regards to filter needed, changing a lot of these Enterprises have to learn how to do better. When they get down to their customers and their customers patronizing their business.

  While coming just to get a quote I had the best experience through the whole enterprise crew . All had great customer service and were very professional highly recommend ! Props to Mr Nile,MR Noah & MR Konnor
