  The manager was very helpful. He put my battery in the car for me. I really appreciate that because I’m disabled thank you guys.

  Female cashier screwed me out of almost $800. I’m more than 8 months pregnant and have a toddler. We’re a one vehicle family. My husband needs the car for work. I didn’t realize I was ~$35 short on my card when I ran my card. Instead of asking me if I have another form of payment or if I wanted to cancel the transaction, she decided she was just going to cancel it. I had another ~$100 available to cover the $35 within two minutes. She told me to run the card again to see if it would accept it, I assumed she meant to cover the $35. So I did. Nope. She was trying to run the ENTIRE transaction again. So it took the $100 I had. She canceled that transaction too. So now I have to wait on my bank to return $770 while also not being able to fix my family’s only form of transportation simply because she didn’t ask me if I had another way to cover the $35. Had she asked instead of taking it upon herself to automatically cancel the transaction, I could’ve had the payment covered, gotten the parts I needed, and fixed my car. Now I’m ~$800 short, have no way to the hospital if I go into labor, have no way to get my toddler to and from places, and my husband doesn’t have a way to get to work. It was a standard question that she failed to ask before taking matters into her own hands and screwing an entire family over. Every cashier knows better. And of course, there’s nothing Autozone can do at this point because they “released the money already” so it’s “a problem with the bank.” If she had used some common sense and asked a basic customer service question, none of this would be an issue.

  Scans my truck sells me a $75 dollar coil. I replace it in the parking lot. Truck still running bad I ask him to read the code again he says he don't have too he knows what it is and gives my friend a three page print out . Ask my friend to go in and get somebody who knows what he is doing same kid comes out to read the code. Says it's not reading any codes. So I let it sit for a few hours still did the same thing. . So while waiting for the tow truck. I kept starting and stopping the truck then the engine fired up and I made it home. It wound up being a $2 relay. So if the red headed step child scans your car I wish you luck.
