- MMMichelle Mcfadden5 days ago1.0I would give zero stars says open 24 hours pull into to grab fuel along with multiple trucks sign on door says closed employees sitting on sidewalk smoking and enjoying themselves manager inside standing in doorway watching truckers trying to enter store fuel pumps shut down says pay inside well can’t do that when the employees are literally not working instead they are smoking and giggling while that truckers have wasted time stopping here for absolutely no reason if you are a trucker avoid this place at all cost keep doing this and those employees enjoying themselves tonight will find this place out of business since it relies on us truckers to keep it going pilot do better this is a joke and a management issue

Limited parking, still appears as a Pilot on Google maps but on TruckerPath it's updated with the new franchise owner of the pumps. Not too far away from the highway is a bonus. I took a star away because I was specifically trying to go to a Pilot/Flying J and the Google Maps identifier is not up to date.

Despite being rated for 350 kW, the speeds were incredibly slow. For a premium network, the reliability and performance need to be much higher. Hopefully, repairs are made soon
- WIWendell Gaymon IIIApr 8, 20261.0The Customer Service here is TERRIBLE. One of the worst Pilots. All the workers act like you're a problem if you ask for anything. Half the pumps are broken and the parking spots are nothing. Skip this truck stop.
