I came in to have a new tire fitted, but the level of service I received fell far short of acceptable standards. I was a walk-in customer needing the rear passenger tire replaced same day. It took about 10 minutes of waiting alone in the lobby before I resorted to opening shop door to ask for assistance. After placing the order (which itself took way longer than necessary), I left to return later in the day. Upon returning, I again waited about 10 minutes before being acknowledged after noticing there was a new tire on the rear driver side instead. Guy who took my order marked the wrong tire on the invoice. So I had to return even later. When I returned the second time, I noticed the good tire which had been erroneously replaced was now on my truck again, but it was put on the wheel backwards. The center cap was left in the cab because they were "afraid to break it" and the receipt left on my front seat (as requested) belonged to a different customer. .5 stars, would not recommend! Had a terrible experience at Tire Kingdome years ago, now this. NEVER again.

I go in for brakes done and up insist that they look under the truck on the rack to make sure that my ball joints and tire rods and bushings are in good condition. I was told everything looked good except my back rotors..I proceeded to ask why I may have grease slung on my chest Errol arms and was told it could have come from a random beer boot, so no big deal.. WRONG..I’m going down hwy 444 port Vincent and my cv axel burst with my upper control arm and also ruined rim and tire! Do gusting look over!!

Phenomenal customer service by Ricky is all I can say. Pulled up 30 minutes before close with a flat tire. Not only did they not push me away like other places would at closing time, but it was actually a great experience. You know it’s crazy, I felt like they actually cared, I wasn’t just a number like so many places seem to exhibit in their attitudes these days. I was back on the road in a matter of minutes and could not be more satisfied. If you are in need of the best tire shop, this is the place!!
