Terrible experience. Brought my truck in at 11:30 today for an alignment. We’re now at the third hour and it’s still not finished. I have been watching the particular “mechanic“ that was supposed to be doing this job and he has definitely not been focused spending a lot of time idle.

This store is hands down the best tire shop I have been to. The employees go above and beyond for any customer no matter how small the problem is. Make sure you visit this one ( it’s next to the enterprise store) NOT the one by Sonic the employees at that location are rude and damage people’s property DO NOT GO THERE. Ask for Ricky he is amazing!!!!!
