  It was all good until I was forgotten about after requesting a ride home (less than 2 miles away). Unacceptable. My Lyft arrived and dropped me off faster than I got any form of follow up 😡 and I waited 20+ minutes..Only use this location if you have time.I witnessed multiple customer service miscues that could have been handled better during my wait as well.. tighten up. 2 stars in my book but I gave yall 3.

  We reserved a premium SUV, but when we got there to pick it up, there were none available. We resolved to rent a 15 passenger van. The van had not been cleaned yet, so we went to grab lunch while it was being detailed. When we got back to pick up the van, the employee we had been dealing with had found a premium SUV for us. It was perfect for our trip. It was clean, comfortable, and even got decent gas mileage. Will never use any rental company except Enterprise in the future. Very helpful, friendly, and pleasant people.

  I just want to make people aware of my experience with Enterprise in Denham Springs because I will never rent from this location again. In April, I was rear-ended twice by two different drivers. Both accidents were determined to be the other drivers' fault, and their insurance companies were responsible for my repairs. National General arranged a rental vehicle for me while my truck was in the body shop and told me the rental would be covered during the repair process. When I arrived at Enterprise, they took my name, phone number, and the name of the body shop where my truck was being repaired. They handed me the keys and sent me on my way. I was never given any paperwork explaining how long the rental was approved for, what my responsibilities were, or what would happen if the insurance coverage changed. A few days later, I received a certified FedEx letter that made my heart drop. The letter stated that I had two days to return the rental vehicle or it would be reported stolen. I was completely shocked. No one from Enterprise had called, texted, or emailed me. I had not heard from the insurance company or the rental company since the day I picked up the vehicle. I immediately called Enterprise and was told that the insurance company had stopped paying a few days earlier. My question was simple: Why was I never notified? Why did no one contact me before sending a letter threatening to report the vehicle stolen? I was told their phones had been down, which I found hard to believe considering there are multiple ways to contact customers. When I returned the vehicle, I was informed that I owed $367. I explained that the rental had been arranged through the insurance company and that I had never been notified that coverage had ended. To make matters worse, I asked for a ride back to the body shop after returning the rental. I had two young children with me and was told they could take me once their driver arrived. Meanwhile, there were multiple employees standing behind the counter. My children and I ended up waiting for nearly two hours. We were hot, thirsty, exhausted, and simply trying to get back to my truck. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and complete disregard for a customer dealing with the stress of two accidents was unacceptable. In my opinion, this location dropped the ball from start to finish. If you're considering renting from Enterprise in Denham Springs, I would strongly encourage you to ask questions, get everything in writing, and keep a close eye on your rental agreement. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had, and I will not be returning.

  After renting cars with enterprise in Louisiana for over 15 years, I was turned away for not having a credit card. Now, I have always used my bank card, ALWAYS! Was this relayed when I scheduled it and they held it for me? NO!I WAS LEFT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AT THEIR AGENCY. I had no transportation at all. This was their policy. New supposedly. I also rented from Enterprise in NY. NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE CONSUMERS!! Do better Enterprise, do better.
