  You can’t beat their hospitality or prices! This is the only place we use for tire service. It’s a family owned business and they treat you just like family and friends.

  My wife and I purchased tires from Road Runners Tire and also paid for road hazard coverage at the time. When we recently tried to use that coverage, we were told it had expired after 12 months. At the time of purchase, we understood the coverage to be based on mileage, and we don’t recall a 12-month limitation being clearly explained. We also asked whether we needed to keep any paperwork and were told the information would be kept in their system. However, when we followed up, they were unable to provide any documentation or records of the policy terms. Because of this, the claim was not honored and we were left paying out of pocket. Based on our experience, the terms and record-keeping were not clearly communicated, which made the process frustrating. We recommend confirming all coverage details in writing before purchasing.
