I would definitely recommend tire choice in Covington, la Bryson the technician was energetic and engaged with the process, which sometimes not seen with other experiences in the automative repair industry.

We are from out of town and brought our daughter’s car in for an oil change and to check a howling noise in the front end. The service manager was able to diagnose the problem, order the parts in mega time and mechanics were able to do the brakes, front wheel bearing, tie rod ends, alignment and of course the oil change in record time. 100% plus customer satisfaction. This crew went beyond our expectations and stayed later to accomplish the job. Thank you for your incredible service!

Only problem I had was the last visit the technician forgot to secure the splash guard back fully and it came completely loose on my way to work and got ruined under the car. Spoke with them afterward and they put in a claim for the damage. Currently awaiting to hear about the claim, but I am confident it will get resolved.
