  Went to get 4 new tires got my tires fast and professionally and I have a big truck I’m shocked it didn’t take that long normally it takes like 2-3 hours front of house where VERY professional mainly miss bobbie she gave me the best deal for a full set Scott the tech who worked on my vehicle took care of my truck perfectly and quickly 10/10 would stay a customer for life

  The alignment itself seems to have been done well, and most of the employees were courteous. However, the wait and the handling of my vehicle left me disappointed. I was the first appointment of the day and was told twice that the alignment would take an hour at most. The total visit ended up taking an hour and 45 minutes. I understand that unexpected issues can cause delays, and the employee at the desk did check in with me twice, including to say the technicians were test-driving my car and should be finished soon. What concerned me was what I observed afterward. I watched my car return to the parking lot, go around the back, and then leave again for approximately 10 minutes. When the employees returned, one was carrying an unopened canned drink and the other employee carrying a grocery type bag. This gave me the impression that my vehicle may have been used for a personal stop during the test drive. I cannot confirm that, but what I saw raised concerns. When I got into my car, I also found that the belongings from my front passenger seat had been moved into the back seat and appeared to have been tossed there. I understand needing to clear a seat for a technician, but I expect my belongings to be handled with care. The additional wait was frustrating, but my larger concern was whether my vehicle and personal belongings were treated respectfully. Clearer communication and more care would have made a significant difference.

  The service here is absolutely amazing. Nick was extremely helpful and welcoming. I had a nail in my tire and I’m headed out of town, and he did his diligence to get me in and out so fast. Thank you so very much. I’m so grateful!!! When you go to NTB, ask for Nick. He’s the man!!

  I went to this business on Sunday to have two brand new tires put on the front of my car I had previously bought the tires from somewhere else they told me they would charge me $62 per tire 4 mounting and balancing no problem but after sitting there for over an hour the guy comes out and tells me I'm going to have to break your lug nuts off so you're going to need 10 new ones and it's going to cost $260 additional he said that my lug nuts were swollen I had never heard of that so I left. The next day I went to work totally different tire shop they took the lug nuts off without any problems at all. So I feel like the guy tried to bamboozle me and if I wouldn't have been smart enough I would have paid, and I know I'm not the first person that that happened to and I'm sure they have cameras and hopefully they have audio so they can hear what that guy told me which was a bald-faced lie I'm definitely going to make a complaint with there corporate office.

  I have used this Covington location NTB for years. My late mother also used them for years and I have directed people to NTB in Covington on numerous occasions. They always had phenomenal customer service and pricing. Anytime I would call in the past if I found their online price better then their quote they matched it no problem. After all it is their website. Or if I had to pay online they said yes come in no appointment needed especially if we aren't busy. Well my experience today and the previous visit were far from customer oriented thanks to Mr. Tyler at the front desk. He refused to price match his own NTB online price and had a very bad attitude. Even after I pulled up the online price he would not budge I had to book an appointment online. Well it was about 8:30 so the next appointment was throwing me to 9 am. He stated they don't change tires before 9 am forcing me to wait longer even though there was only one other customers whom they started working on before 9 am. He just had a bad attitude and wanted to force us to wait longer just like trying to not honor Mavis NTB online pricing. I will never return here again as long as he is working there this isn't a one time thing my previous visit with him months ago was an issue as well, but not in comparison to today. He does not need to have a position to deal with customers he has a bad attitude and no customer service skills. It would serve NTB better to have him out of direct contact with their clients. I am a small business owner and would never be happy if one of my guys was trying to save my business a few bucks and give a client a hard time after they obviously supplied an online advertised price that I AS THE OWNER MADE PUBLIC FOR MY CUSTOMERS and on top of that have them wait while my guys sit around for 30 min bc their appointment time was in 30 min with a bad attitude to top it off. Insanity
