  3 hours for a simple oil change with no cars in front of me. These guys are crooks just trying to upsell items that aren’t necessary.

  Great customer service! Very professional and friendly. Explained everything in detail & had my car ready and running with the A/C turned on when I returned from my nail appointment!! Excellent experience and I will be back. Highly highly recommend them!

  I really struggled whether to post this, but how will anyone know or how will service improve if no one speaks up. -July 24 about 9:30-10am I take my car in for a routine oil change - and tire rotation. I walk across the street for a haircut, come back to get told my back brakes needed replacing (mentioning hot spots, new pads on old rotors -which the manager. GARY told me was now illegal, and something about the axel cracking.) Told me is wasn't an IF but a WHEN my car would break if I didn't get new brakes - so I agreed. Total bill for oil change, tire rotation, and brakes $613.xx (took this money out of my rent) They were kind enough to drive me home instead of waiting at the shop. By 4:30pm, I hadn't heard from them, so I ubered there. A bit after 5pm, I was told they were finishing up. A lot of foolishness, joking around, fratenizing- not paying attention. Shop closes at 6pm - i got my car and paid aboit 6:10pm. - Saturday night/Sunday July 25, i start to hear/feel a disconnected jumble sound when I drive over bumps, dips, tiniest of rocks. Mechanics not open at this time- called a friend. We test drove it, he suggested my shocks were going bad. -Monday morning July 27. I take my car back to Grease Monkey to confirm the shocks. Owner, PAUL test drives, comes back "I didnt hear anything". I said, "you're wrong, let me drive with you". We go together; he hears the thumping. He's CONFIDENT it's the shocks, give me an estimate of $816. I asked, if its coming from the same back right tire that yall juat worked on on July 24, wouldn't it be covered, yalls responsibility?? He SWORE it was 2 seperate issues. I said I couldn't afford it at that time. He PROMISED me, looked me dead in my eyes with his beautiful blue eyes and ASSURED me i was safe to drive until I was ready to have them work on the shocks. NEVER ONCE PUT MY CAR ON THE LIFT TO LOOK UNDERNEATH AT THE BRAKE JOB DONE ON JULY 24. PAUL backed his employees that they did everything correctly -Continued to drive all day Monday July 27. Until about 5pm. I would hit the brakes and now hear a high-pitched metal-on-metal piercing shrieking sound. I was driving 40mph on a hwy that was 45mph. As I accelerated to 45, my car stalled out, kept going slower. I coasted into a business parking lot. Had to get a ride home - stranded !!! -Tuesday July 28. Was able to get car towed to my home. Called Grease Monkey. Talked to TAY, a technician - she told me PAUL was off, and GARY was in the bathroom. I demanded she have GARY call me back as soon as he got out the restroom. (I write this on Friday, July 31 as I am STILL waiting for him to call me. Someone may need to go check his vitals) -Friday July 31. Friend pickups my car and takes it to his house. Gets underneath the car to learn that I had a loose bolt. I was fortunate that it didn't fall off while driving, it was still somehow hanging on. My friend just needed a $40 torque to tighten it PROPERLY. I have been driving all day - no more noises - no more thumping!! I work 3 jobs, 2 of them require my car. I didnt have a car all week. I'm out that income. If A) GARY and his technician had paid better attention on July 24th instead of so much goofing around, he may have not missed he left my bolt loose. If B) PAUL had lifted my car on Monday July 27, he would have seen the loose bolt and saved me a week's worth of stress and missed income. C)... makes me question if I had agreed to replacing the shocks, would they have been honest enough to tell me it was juat a loose bolt or would they had collected the money and did a lackluster shock job on top of their incompetent brake job?!
