  Recently I rented a car from Enterprise at 71331 LA 1077 Suite 250, Covington, La. I’ve NEVER had such a pleasant experience renting a car until now. Brandon was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything quick and stress-free, answered all my questions with ease, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

  I just want to say, "Thank You Brandon and Enterprise," for being so polite and understanding of my first time rental experience. Thank you for being so nice and answering all of my questions and explaining the process for rental services.   I’ve had a lot of frustrating experiences with car rentals, but after talking to Zach, it’s clear what it’s meant to be. He was extremely professional, kind and understanding. I was on a tight schedule, but luckily he made it a seamless experience and I was In my vehicle in under 15 minutes. That’s assuming the place isn’t packed. Don’t bother using the website as it can be irritating with making a reservation, just let the professionals do what they do best. I know who I’ll be calling for my next rental, thank you Zach.
