  I had an absolutely stress free experience purchasing my 2023 Nissan Altima. I worked with Alan Jube and cannot recommend him enough. We negotiated a fair price quickly with no hidden add-ons. Working with Kevin Kelly in F&I was an absolute pleasure, Kevin was completely transparent, explained things clearly and didn’t apply any high pressure tactics to encourage me into buying any extras I didn’t want. Thank you, Alan and Kevin for making the car buying experience a positive one

  I waited 4 hours for 3 items to get done . After giving my car to Jamie who turned it over to Damion Harris no one checked in with me to see progress of work. When I finally checked in with Damion they were saying all kind of excuses why everything took so long and then had another half hour to wait . They said I had an oil leak which they maybe fixed and come back next week to have it rechecked. No one went over what the really did. Such bad service.

  I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Northpark Nissan. My salesman, Tom Beaver, is very organized. He had a couple of cars ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. Tom confirmed the discount & rebate for the Pathfinder before we got started with the driving. Then we looked at several Pathfinders on the lot before I chose my car. He was very kind & patient while I changed my mind 5 different times. 😂 I just couldn’t decide on a color very easily. Do yourself a favor & request Tom Beaver to make your purchase easy & very pleasant!

  I had some maintenance work that I wanted done on my vehicle and sent a request for pricing and info through the email address provided on the website. I never received a reply. I made an appointment for last week and while talking with the service representative, I stated that the fluids I wanted changed in my vehicle, were to be drain and fill. I did not want any of the flush machines used that used BG or other vendors’ flush or additive products. I wanted drain and fill with Nissan factory fluids. The advisor nodded and said that would be no problem. I get my bill and BG flush products are itemized for each of the services. Additionally, I brought my vehicle in clean that morning. When I got it back, I had greasy/oily handprints on various spots on the car. This dealership isn’t convenient in location for me, but it’s where I purchased my car and wanted to patronize the business. I’ll probably go to a different Nissan dealer for my next service.
