- TTTanyaMay 8, 20265.0I had to get new windshield wipers and I tried putting the new ones on by myself but couldn't so I went back to autozone in carencro la and I wanted to exchange them because I thought they were the wrong ones. But Nene N was able to figure out to put them on. She was great, polite and determined to help me on this cloudy day with chances of rain. Thank you Nene N.

- JCJa'marcus CousinsApr 11, 20262.0Ive seemed to have noticed my Honest Review has been removed for a SECOND time so i’ll put my review back up- As a loyal customer who’s been coming to the autozone in carencro for a long time, I have to say the new store manager is a huge step down from the last one store manager-Mike. The previous manager was always helpful, respectful, and really worked hard to make sure customers got great service. This new guy, though, is completely unprofessional—he’s loud, arrogant, and honestly smells like marijuana. It’s uncomfortable to be in the store when he’s around, and it feels like he doesn’t care about the customers needs. Just last week I sent my wife in there to get a headlight for our family van and she told me the guy there named MATT had an attitude and talked down on her because she didnt know exactly what vehicle she drove (which she didnt drive to the store in) I find that completely disrespectful that he didnt even try to work with her, it seems like he wanted her out of the store. I write this review because I feel deeply enraged somebody would brush my wife to the side like that. I was also at work and she needed the headlights for the van so she could go to work.
