  This is the 4th time we have reserved a rental and have gotten duped! I reserved a truck and bought a bag to go in the truck bed to transport items. I get to enterprise, and no truck, only a Chevy traverse. That by the way smelled like cigarette smoke when the the ac was turned on with visible burn marks on the drivers window gasket from dumping ashes out, see pictures. Prior rental, in March, I was given a vehicle that didn't lock, after having to go from enterprise to enterprise and to find our 'reservation' that also wasn't as promised at the time and date. This vehicle smelled so strongly of smoke, all of our belonging from travel, also reeked the nasty smell. We had 4 stops on that trip, going, and 2 coming back, and had to load and unload the entire vehicle upon arrival and departure of every trip because the door wouldn't lock. The rentals, over the last few years, always have dirty windshields, seats and steering wheels. One that was rented a few rentals ago, was so bad I had to purchase a steering wheel cover to be able to touch the steering wheel to drive. Food crumbs everywhere, in all the cracks and crevices, all along the instrument panel and steering wheel neck. Only once have I been given a small discount for these inconveniences. Nor have I ever been contacted, when I was told I would be, about the above issues. I said after this one, that I will never rent from enterprise again! If you look at my past rentals over the last 20 years, THERE'S A LOT! Considering the circumstances, and lack of interactions from enterprise when complaints are involved, I am def going to try a different rental company next time and if I get better service and cleaner rentals, I will not return to enterprise.

  The guy at pickup and drop off was super nice and professional. I ended up getting the same car I have, just the hybrid version which was nice when the gas prices went up. I have no complaints with my experience with enterprise.

  Enterprise is really good!!
