He is very courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. Originally it was great. But the truck started having a ticking noise. We called our salesman. He stated that we purchased an extended warranty to take care of it. I was told that the deductible was $100 dollars but after going through the paperwork it is $250.00. Just not happy with the whole transaction. We always buy used and have never had problems buying used.
