  I have never had such an extraordinary vehicle buying experience until I met Jill Douet-Clay, who in my opinion, is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. I called Jill at Courtesy Ford in Breaux Bridge on 7/6/2026 to inquire into a couple of Ford Escape Active SUVs that were advertised on their website. She confirmed the Escapes I was interested in were in stock and available with some sweet incentives. By the grace of God, I was able to arrive at the dealership late in the afternoon in my vehicle and ready to trade it in. There were some issues with my trade-in, however, I still received an awesome and very fair trade under the circumstances. Everyone I came in contact with were so friendly and very helpful. Kevin in Financing was awesome as well. Questions were asked and answered, explanations were thoroughly given about the vehicle features, finance options, warranty options and the overall process. I know my Guardian Angels were with me today. Jill, I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for carefully listening and understanding, and thank you to everyone involved in my buying experience. It was a pleasure meeting you. I would highly and strongly recommend contacting Jill if anyone is in the market for a new Ford vehicle. I sincerely appreciate your time and help in getting me in my awesome new vehicle. PS, I'm naming my SUV "Blue Angel". Again, thank you for a great buying experience.

  My 2015 F150 king ranch was acting up and they found it to be a faulty BLIS sensor. They had the truck in for about an hour. Came back with a 2900$ repair bill I needed a new tail light a new BLIS and 4 hours of labor to sodar my cables back due to “corrosion”. Where’s the corrosion? And where’s the itemized bill for the work to be done? If you’re not mechanically inclined they’ll take you for what it’s worth. I’m fixing it myself at home for a few bucks.

  There are not enough stars on here to rate my salesman Chris Lagrange at Courtsey Ford. We have purchased many vehicles from Chris over the years(sorry, I lost count). He is honest, listens to what you want and its always no pressure. He understands our needs , respectful of our time and always goes above and beyond. If you want a salesman who will treat you like family and checks in after the sale, ask for Chris. Hands down best in the business .

  Chris was super awesome throughout the whole buying process and made things so easy. Reminded me of the days back when car salesmen wanted to actually earn your business. Huge inventory, clean show room, and courteous and knowledgeable staff. 10/10 would recommend.
