  Excellent Service, Good Communication. I brought my old 2004 Freestar to Redemtion Auto Repair this week thinking there was a problem with the Transmission. Cameron and his Team "Performed an extensive Road Test to check the transmission". Fortunately they did not find anything detrimental to its operation. The test was performed at a very, very affordable price. Thanks Cameron and the Team. If you live in Bossier North, this is a very convenient and excellent business to have your vehicles maintained.   My son goes to school at LSUS and we live out of state, so needless to say we don't know the area very well. My son was driving my Highlander and the radiator decided to give up the ghost. We had the vehicle towed to the shop and dropped off after hours. By 10 AM the next morning, I had a diagnosis and an estimate for the repairs. I agreed to the repairs and assumed I'd hear back a few days later on when the car would be ready. Instead, I got a phone call the next day telling me the car was ready! The communication was excellent, the price was fair. This shop has earned my business for the rest of the time my son is at LSUS. That includes oil changes and tire rotations he could get anywhere. If you want great service, a fair price and to work with somebody who can be trusted, this is the shop for you.

  Can't say enough about how great my experience was working with Cameron! Had my A/C serviced and he discovered a coolant leak in my radiator. He didn't have that exact radiator in stock, so he plugged the leak so that I could make it home and replace it myself. Most professional repair shop I've ever been to! The folks in the front lobby are very warm and receptive and constantly checking to make sure you are comfortable. Made a lifetime customer out of me!

  Excellent customer service they took very good care of me, treated me and my daughter like family the whole time we was there. I would highly recommend them and they have a beautiful place inside and out everyone was so nice even the owners puppy was very friendly.
