  Rays Tire Barn is a great business. They scheduled my car at the time most convenient to my schedule, took it back to the service bay right away & performed my service. I appreciate the fact that they never pressured me to purchase extra services. The staff is extremely nice and the office is clean and comfy. This is my new car service place!

  Awesome people! Everyone at this business was super helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with their work, professionalism, and the warranty they put on the work. Leveling kit, new wheels, new tires, balance, and reprogramming. We are super happy with the new look and feel of our Ranger!

  First time I’ve been to rays tire barn. Service was exceptionally fast. Had suspension parts replaced on my 2002 Thunderbird. Great, friendly people and rates were very reasonable. I’m very impressed with them as now days it’s hard to get decent service anywhere. But, these folks are the exception. Thanks so much.

  From check in to check out, everyone was so pleasant. The waiting area was clean & peaceful. The staff was knowledgeable and got me in and out with no issues at 7:30 on a Monday morning. I’ve had less than pleasant experiences at the car dealership service department across the river in Shreveport and was so excited to save the time and hassle by going less than a mile up the road to Ray’s and was not let down at all! 10/10!

  I called to get a quote for a front axle replacement, they were super respectful, helpful, and FAST. The gentleman I was on the phone with gave me a quote for half of the price the dealership wanted and he said if I could bring it to them in the next few minutes they could do it right then! I live about 5 minutes away, so I drove it over and they had it fixed in about 30-45 min! Every member you interact with here is top notch. You can tell they genuinely want to do a great job, they have passion! Wish I could work with 100 of these types of individuals. You don’t see many people left in the world that have pride in what they do. I’ll be going here for all my future maintenance needs for my vehicle!! Thank you. —also, this is my first ever Google review and I say that because there have been plenty of times I have wanted to leave a review somewhere, but I never took the time to do it. My amazing experience here made me HAVE to share with others!
