  Amazing!!!!!! I had to take my car in because my brakes were going to the floor. They called me and told me that the ABS system was messed up, and that it would be anywhere from $1500.00 to $3000 depending on what else they found. I had to leave my car for the weekend because they wanted their master mechanic to take care of it and that the car was to dangerous to drive. They could have told me any number between the original quote yet they call me and told me that the last place I had taken my car to had installed it improperly and that it just needed to have the bolts replaced and tighten and the lines bled. THE COST was $390.00. I will never take my car anywhere else they are honest, kind, knowledgeable, and they have the best customer service. Thank you Cameron, you are truly amazing. J. Courtney

  My car broke down on my birthday. It was incredibly stressful to be stranded. My husband made some calls and found Ray’s tire barn. They got everything taken care of in a timely manner and I was able to get on with my day. Friendly service, nice atmosphere, kind people.

  Wonderful experience. When everyone else told me “I can’t get that tire until tomorrow afternoon” I called these guys. The lady I spoke with always super helpful and told me “if I order it now, it’ll be here by 2:00 today. They got it same day, didn’t ask me to prepay and were interested in my project after. I’ll be doing much more business with them. They got me a car tire to fit a motorcycle.

  Adding to the heaps of praise the ladies and gentlemen at Ray's Tire and Redemption Auto deserve. I'm a mechanic by trade, and sometimes I'll refer clients their way when I'm too booked, because I know they'll take care of them. Recently they did a great job slapping new tires on my barn find SL500, the tires were about 15 years old, and had effectively glued themselves to the ground and the wheels. The guys over at Ray's managed to slap on some fresh tires without damaging the wheels. Super impressive! They also pointed out some small suspension issues while it was on the lift. Great service, and very honest work!

  Can’t say enough good things about the team at Ray’s Tire Barn. I tried installing a lift kit on my truck myself to save some money, and let’s just say it didn’t go as planned — classic lesson in “should’ve just gone to the pros first.” I brought my truck in expecting a hassle, but instead got some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at a shop. They diagnosed the issue quickly, walked me through exactly what needed to be done, and got to work. Everything was torqued to spec, my truck drove like new again, and the pricing was more than fair for the amount of work involved. What really stood out was the attitude and atmosphere. Clean, spacious, comfortable waiting room, coffee and one of the coolest vending machines I have ever used. Every person I interacted with was friendly, patient, and clearly took pride in doing the job right, even though they were cleaning up someone else’s DIY mess (mine). No judgment, no upselling, just quality work with a smile. After yesterday, I won’t be taking my truck anywhere else. If you want a shop that does it right the first time — or fixes it right after you didn’t — Ray’s Tire Barn is the place.
