Don’t use service department!! I have had my car in twice! First time the rubber around sunroof kept coming off so they “say” they fixed it by just putting the rubber seal back in place! Well the rubber seal came out AGAIN and my sunroof wasn’t even open. I had to pull over on the interstate and put rubber seal back in. Tire monitor came on also so I took it back in and of course no loaner car both times. Had to rent a GM car to get reimbursed $350(still waiting on reimbursement) I leave the dealership within 30 minutes tire sensor comes back on and rubber seal is out again bc they just put the seal back instead of replacing it. Horrible customer service/service.
Kynzie is our service writer in the service department and always treats us well. She genuinely cares that your vehicle is fixed. The mechanics are great with plenty of years of experience. The service department works like a well-oiled machine. From the service writers to the service manager, they put the customer first. When you’re buying a brand of car, you are buying the service department as well.

Ms. Bass, the finance guy, and Kinnsey in service (probably spelled wrong) were great. I have never had a better experience at a car lot and usually I hate going. Morgan will be where I go from now on.

Kenzie was absolutely amazing throughout one of the most stressful situations I’ve had to deal with after my car was flooded. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to keep me informed and help me understand my options. Honestly, Kenzie helped me more than my own insurance company did! She genuinely cared about helping me, and I’m so grateful for everything she did. She is truly an asset to the service department! Give that girl a raise already!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mike Morgan GMC of Bossier City, especially after being a repeat customer.
I had already committed to purchasing a vehicle, and the only thing left was for my credit union to finalize the loan paperwork. The dealership sent the paperwork to my credit union Monday evening, and I stayed in contact with my salesperson at least three times to provide updates that everything was nearly complete. The financing was finalized at 8:30 a.m. this morning. Less than 24 business hours.
Despite knowing the paperwork was in its final stages, the dealership sold the vehicle to someone else the night before. As a returning customer, I expected better communication, honesty, and a reasonable opportunity to complete a purchase that was already well underway.
This experience showed a complete lack of consideration for customer loyalty and professionalism. I understand dealerships want to sell vehicles, but selling a vehicle out from under a customer who has financing actively being completed is incredibly disappointing and unacceptable.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with Mike Morgan GMC of Bossier City, and specifically Keith Gorman GM, to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, I would not trust that a vehicle will be held even when all indications are that the sale is about to be finalized.
