  I had a great experience at Mavis. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything they found without making me feel pressured. They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and the service was exactly what I needed. I appreciate the honesty, the communication, and how easy they made the whole process. I'll definitely be back for future tire and maintenance needs. Thank you Kenya and Dakota for the excellent customer service!

  A great place to do business. The staff, Brian and his coworker went above and beyond with not only the sell and service, but informing and showing me unexpected damage to the inside of a rim that a local dealership missed or possibly didn’t look for. I will definitely recommend using this Mavis Tire to friends and family. Best customer service in years…..

  Very kind people! I’m a young girl that does not know much about cars, and the tire light in my car kept coming on and off. I am also not super familiar with the Bossier area, so I just happened to stop by to get it checked out. The staff was so friendly and spent time checking each tire for nails and leaks. They then put the right amount of air into each tire! Even though something wasn’t wrong with my tires, they still took time to check them, and they did not charge me for it. Overall, it can be intimidating walking into a tire shop being a girl that doesn’t know much about cars or tires, but the people working were kind and so helpful!!!!
