  Set an appt online. Get there and they said I had only an appt to check tires. I show them tires online I wanted and it wouldnt be there till next day and they're totally different price. Scam scam scam

  I walked in the front door at 7:55 and I said good morning to the guy at the front desk. I was promptly greeted by him saying “we ain’t open yet!” I apologized for walking in the unlocked front door and then he preceded to tell me how he could not help me until 10 and that I had several people in line in front of me. I wasn’t expecting to be the first served I just wanted my tires replaced sometime that day, but he didn’t allow me to speak. I respectfully told him to have a good day and I went 5 minutes down the road and to Firestone and they gladly accepted my business and had me up and going in no time. And here is the best part, they actually acted like they wanted to do business with me and treated me with great customer service. They even parked my car by the front door and left it running so it wouldn’t be hot when I got in it.

  Amazing service, came in for a simple tire rotation and they let me know I needed an alignment due to uneven wear ! I wasn’t even aware of this but grateful for the knowledge they provided to me, thank you MAVIS.

  I called ahead of time to be sure I would not be waiting for service. The lady on the phone said the tire service was slow and if I could get there in the next 1/2 hour the wait would be minimal. She quoted me the tires and a left work and went straight to Mavis- when I arrived the parking lot was full...I went in and ask for Kimberly, the individual I spoke to on the phone. I was then told there was no Kimberly working at that location and I had been talking to a remote operator who obviously has no idea how busy the store is - and there was 5 vehicles ahead of me - So, I called the number again while I was walking out and talked to another lady who said it must have gotten busy in the 20 minutes it took me to get there. Insert eyeroll here - There is a Mavis tire 5 minutes from where I work, I went to this location because I was told there would not be a wait - I have fleet vehicles where I work, we have always used Mavis to service those vehicles - after today, they will never see another dime from us. It was very obvious they just wanted me to go to the store, figuring once I got there I would just wait...wrong. I went a couple of blocks up the street to Moores Goodyear where I was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door- same tires - cheaper and faster. Never again will I use Mavis for any service to my vehicle or otherwise.
