  Kenya and Brian saved my life! They were nothing but friendly and helpful. I’ve had my brakes done my tire sensors changed and got new tires. These are my go to people for my car needs. I am so satisfied with everything they have done for me! I really appreciate their Amazon customer service!

  It's a blessing for you to meant wonderful people that's willing to help you and give you a fair price i went to Mavis tire sunday morning cause my back tire was low. they got me in and out at a decent time and was very nice and friendly thank you so much Robert.keep that wonderful attitude you have God bless you .

  Highly recommend! I went to 3 other places to get my tire patched and no one could get me in that day. Mavis got me in same day, LESS than an hour. Very clean lobby with a child play area. I will absolutely be purchasing my next set of tires here. Very pleased with my service.

  Great place and great service! I have followed the manager Brian from his previous location and he hasn't missed a step. Always friendly, always fair, and always gives me a call shortly after my work is complete. Will absolutely continue to bring my vehicles here in the future. I have never had an issue, but I have no doubts that if I did, they would make it right.

  Title: Absolute Nightmare Experience – Zero Respect for Customers’ Time or Money I spent over $1,200 at Mavis Tire in Bossier City for a brand new set of tires and an alignment (which they never even gave me a printout for, it drives the same as before the alignment so I have no idea if it was actually done at all). Soon after, I started to feel some vibration. Since I don't come this way often, I decided to stop by to have them balance and rotate the tires. At less than 600 miles on the new set, the tech noticed the sidewall on the right rear tire had started bubbling due to a defect. They then absurdly claimed my tread depth had dropped from a 10 to a 7 in under 600 miles—a completely bogus line clearly used to dodge a manufacturer defect claim. Even though I had road hazard protection, their "resolution" on my 1st trip was to demand a deposit just to order the replacement, plus charge me extra for mounting, balancing, and a brand new road hazard fee. I walked out and called corporate, but corporate was useless and just spouted the exact same corporate line. By my 2nd trip on Friday, I was tired of fighting it. While I understand having to buy a new road hazard policy for a replacement tire, nickel-and-diming for mounting and balancing on a defective tire with 600 miles was ridiculous. Still, I bit the bullet and drove up to pay the deposit so the tire would be there Monday. (Why paying a deposit requires a physical trip in person in this day and age is beyond me.) Trip 3: They never called on Monday. I called them Tuesday, and they told me a power outage on Monday put everything behind schedule. A power outage is completely understandable, but getting an update call isn't too much to ask. They told me the tire was in, to come on down, and they would put it on. The kicker? As soon as I walked in, the manager said he forgot until he saw me pulling up, but the tech had ordered the WRONG TIRE. Trip 4: I finally had to make a fourth trip just to get the correct tire installed. After dragging me through four separate visits, making me wait on an order mistake, and wasting my time, the manager flat-out refused to waive a single charge, offer a discount, or do anything to make it right. The most infuriating part? I live roughly a 124-mile round trip from this store. Between all four of these unnecessary trips, I put nearly 500 miles on my vehicle just running back and forth because of their incompetence, lack of communication, and shady practices. I cannot fathom how anyone considers this acceptable business or customer service. Save yourself the headache, money, and gas—take your business anywhere else.
