  Being a retired Law Enforcement Officer I am very careful who I choose to handle repairs on my vehicle. After being involved in a crash, the team at Krystal Auto Collision litterally came to my rescue!! Not only did Kevin and Dillon repair my vehicle before the estimated completion time, I could not even tell where my vehicle had been damaged! While the repairs were being completed thoroughly and professionally, Vicky kept me informed through every step of the repair process, including the complicated insurance paperwork. A short time later, I ended up having a vehicle that was rear ended by an 18 wheeler and was deemed a total loss by insurance. Again, the Krystal Auto Collision team came to my rescue by helping me with the estimates, working with the Adjuster and deciphering all the complicated insurance paperwork involved in totaling a new vehicle. No one wants to be involved in a crash, but if you are unfortunate enough to be involved in one, I would definitely recommend Krystal Auto Collision to get you back on the road again!!!
