They are friendly, professional, and genuinely make you feel like they appreciate your business. Josh goes above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free, and his team follows his lead. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, but this location consistently gets it right. I highly recommend Josh and the entire team!

When I picked up my rental, I clearly explained to the employee that I am currently not working and that I could not afford additional daily charges. I repeatedly told him that the rental protection was not within my budget, but instead of respecting my decision, he continued to pressure me to purchase it. I trusted that after repeatedly explaining my financial situation, my concerns would be respected. Unfortunately, I am now being charged $449.85 for the optional protection that I repeatedly said I could not afford. I understand that customers are offered additional coverage, but there is a difference between explaining an option and repeatedly pressuring someone after they have clearly declined. This has put me in a very difficult financial situation, and I am extremely frustrated with how this was handled. Customers should feel like their financial concerns and decisions are being respected, not pressured into paying for something they clearly said they could not afford. I hope Enterprise addresses this situation and reviews how these optional products are being presented to customers.
