  My sister, nephew and I rented a car recently from Enterprise. They gave us a compact car when we paid for a mid-size. On the way down to Louisiana from Kansas we heard a weird noise and the plate under the car was dragging down. We called Enterprise and they told us to swap it out at the Enterprise in Boucher. When we got there they told us they didn't have any cars available and to try the airport. We called the airport Enterprise to see if they had any cars for us to swap out before driving 20 mins. Instead of them telling us if they had a car they gave us the run around and told us they would have corporate call us. We are still waiting on that call meanwhile we are driving around with a messed up car. We will never rent from them again!

  This is one of the friendliest and most helpful car rental facilities that I have ever done business with. Every employee is nice, friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make the process easy and efficient. I rent here 2 or 3 times a year and will always come back.

  I’m not one to complain however this location needs to hire more people. It is almost impossible to get in contact with anyone regarding a reservation. There’s no reason anyone should have to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to answer after being placed on hold.

  Regularly rent through other services but decided to try out enterprise. Friendly staff but absolutely atrocious wait time. I had a reservation for a compact/sedan and it still took over an hour. I can understand a bit of a wait, but they are either under staffed (but it wasn't that busy) or the staff to prepare vehicles to rent has an issue, because it was bizarre.

  Formal Complaint Regarding Recent Enterprise Rental Experience Reservation and Communication Issues I am extremely disappointed with my recent Enterprise rental experience. I reserved a premium SUV weeks in advance, confirmed the reservation multiple times, and was repeatedly provided with conflicting information by both local staff and customer service representatives. Despite my efforts to verify the reservation, communication was inconsistent and unreliable. I received different explanations from different employees, leaving me uncertain about the status of my rental and unable to make informed plans. Day-of Experience Problems On the day of my rental, I was directed to multiple locations and repeatedly told that vehicles were available when, in fact, they were not. This resulted in significant inconvenience, wasted time, and unnecessary frustration. Additionally, an employee named Josh at the Benton Rd location stated that the branch had contacted me the night before regarding the delay. However, my call log clearly shows that no such call was received. This inaccurate statement further undermined my confidence in the information being provided. Positive Note About Staffney at Monkhouse The only positive aspect of this experience was Staffney at the Monkhouse location. She was professional, honest, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Her transparency and willingness to assist stood in sharp contrast to the communication issues I encountered elsewhere. Overall Impact Unfortunately, one exceptional employee could not overcome the broader lack of communication, accountability, and customer service demonstrated throughout this experience. This is the second family trip that has been disrupted by Enterprise due to vehicle availability issues. A confirmed reservation should carry meaning and provide customers with confidence that the requested vehicle will be available. Instead, this experience caused unnecessary stress and disruption, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with Enterprise’s service.
