  Don't rely on customer service for reserving your vehicle. I showed my reservation at a Shreveport location and they laughed. They didn't have one single vehicle for rent much less the one I reserved. Pitiful

  I have rented from this location on multiple occasions but after this morning NEVER again!! I had a 0800 pick up and arrived at the location at 0745. No one was there at opening time of 0800 and literally waited until 0815 and still no one. Another employee was waiting as well. Contacted the 800 and explained I had a 0800 pick up because I had to begin travel no later than 0830. Approximately 0900, ONR HOUR later this location called wanting to confirm my late rental. Really??

  Totally satisfied with my rental. Loved the SUV. Very nice 👍🏼. I just think that it's a little expensive 🫰🏼. Why can't there be a price break for the renter when it is kept longer than 3 days. Thanks 😊
