  Rude service and bad attitude. The lady seemed bothered by all customers in the store and on the phone. Just didn’t answer questions and stared off into space lol. The link below from an auto generated response leads to a general customer service page. I’m not interested in trying to figure out how to maneuver this page. It happened the morning of 7/23/26, and we left and rented a car from Hertz on Airline Dr. They were great! I won’t be going to Enterprise ever again.

  Would not recommend the Bossier City, Louisiana location..very unprofessional! Reserved a vehicle 2 weeks in advance and when I went in the day of pickup, I was told there wasn't a vehicle available.

  Don't rely on customer service for reserving your vehicle. I showed my reservation at a Shreveport location and they laughed. They didn't have one single vehicle for rent much less the one I reserved. Pitiful
