I had the pleasure of having Erin as my receptionist she was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend this location to anyone. It was a seamless transaction.

Rude service and bad attitude. The lady seemed bothered by all customers in the store and on the phone. Just didn’t answer questions and stared off into space lol. The link below from an auto generated response leads to a general customer service page. I’m not interested in trying to figure out how to maneuver this page. It happened the morning of 7/23/26, and we left and rented a car from Hertz on Airline Dr. They were great! I won’t be going to Enterprise ever again.
