    I’ve had some pretty bad rental car stories in my past, but this one had to top it. I’m sorry, but if you are able to schedule a car online and book it Days to weeks in advance, they should be able to figure out how to make sure you get a car. I had planned ahead for my trip, booked my car on 5/28 to pick up on 6/11. They decided to call me the night before to let me know they couldn’t get the car! I was supposed to head out that morning at 9 AM and had no other options. There are no other rentals in our area! This could have been a disaster had family not stepped up and helped. I am still so angry, What horrible customer service. You cannot tell me that they could not have driven anywhere else in the state to pick up a car to make it available by the next day. If not, why are they even offering this type of vehicle? Just really badly done. If you have to rent a car, please choose outside of this area.

    This establishment offers an excellent opportunity to rent a vehicle for a weekend excursion. The staff is exceptionally courteous, and the prices are reasonable for the clean, well-maintained vehicles that are available.

    I've never had a problem with any of the rentals that I've had. The cars run well and are always clean. The staff at the Berwick location are amazing. My experience is always a 10/10.
