  The ultimate windshield replacement was done well. However, getting to that point was a bad experience. I initially had an appointment scheduled the week before and the technician arrived with a replacement windshield that was cracked on either side. He claimed he didn't load the van himself, but he didn't bother to check his inventory before coming out to me. Needless to say, he could not replace my windshield that day and told me someone would call me to reschedule. Rather than receiving a call, I received a text message with a new appointment day and time. I called customer service to complain about the issue and my wasted morning. I was told that I would be receiving a call from a regional manager, but I never did. The following week, Safelite came to replace my windshield. The technician was very courteous and worked efficiently and timely. However, that does not excuse the poor customer service and lack of communication. This is why I'm only giving three stars for my experience with Safelite.

  My wife paid in full for a windshield replacement and got a delivery date and time for between 12:00pm and 5pm. There technician never showed up nor did they even call to reschedule. We called the store at 5pm and the store was closed. Thank you satellite for the heads up. Beware everyone.

  Safelite came to my residence to replace my windshield. This is a plus for me. My technician, Remy, was on time, very professional and courteous. When explaining what to do & not do, he would ask if I had any questions and he would answer with “yes mam” or “no mam”. Haven’t heard those words in a long time. Made me feel respected. Thanks Remy for an excellent job!!

  Samantha was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was kind. communicative, punctual, and has a great sense of humor. She patiently answered my questions and walked me through the repair process so I could learn more about it. Excellent customer service, professional work, and an all-around lovely person.

  Just awful, terrible experience waiting a pure 3 hours. If you aren't doing a replacement at home, then get a ride because you'll wait forever. In the 3 hours I was waiting, I listened to very upset customers complain about terrible service. One man was told it would take 1 hour and he came in because his appointment was canceled because the tech told him he couldn't calibrate his windshield at his home as opposed to the shop.. But they never showed up. He was told it would take over 2 hours onsite, he rescheduled again. As I'm writing this review a man is soo angry talking about how his son waited 4 hours and NO ONE showed up. He's been waiting to speak to a manager and he keeps making the point he needs a simple service. Me personally it's just terrible after my experience waiting all morning, hearing and seeing this many upset customers. The ones I highlighted were just TWO people within 3 hours, so with me that's 3 unhappy people in 3 hours. This place is extremely poorly managed and seemed to be understaffed. If it weren't for insurance paying and it being a company vehicle, I WOULD NEVER come back here. Customer beware.
