  I had to have safelite come out 5 times to replace my windshield. They also broke two parts on my windshield and hood (that originally didn’t get reported) and one of their techs even looked like he wanted to fight me when I approached him about the broken items once I pointed it out on on my SUV. He only calmed down when he saw what I was speaking about and that parts had indeed been broken by a previous tech that hadn’t been reported. He thought I was blaming him…. Yikes! After all of I then asked to speak to any Manager or Director multiple times and no one ever contacted me. A complete clown show all the way through. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. These guys are highly unprofessional the moment something isn’t perfect or a straight forward replacement.

  My husband and I have dealt with Safelite everytime we have gotten either a small ding or a full install in our cars. Samantha (or Sam as she says) is one of the BEST employees we have EVER EVER EVER dealt with. She is so kind and even let us watch the process of what she was in the works of and explained ever step. She treated our vehicle as if it was her very own and we felt so safe that our car was in her hands. I couldn't recommend her enough. And on a even better note its almost like the boo-boo never even happened (though she prepared us for seeing it when completed) . 100/10 will recommend Safelite and Samantha.

  “We'll fix it right – guaranteed” on their website is untrue in my experience with them. After the install, a windshield panel piece of my vehicle became detached the day after. I brought it in, and they said they’d have to order a new one. They said they’d call when it came in, but I never received a call from them. I called and was hung up on. I had to physically stop by the shop each week to check on it. It took a month to come in. Turned out to be the wrong piece, so they had to order another piece. After a few more weeks, it came in, but needed to be painted. Another two weeks. Finally installed two months after the initial appointment. Awful experience. Terrible customer service. Will never go there again.

  Stacy was amazing! She explained everything she was going to do and explained the risks of repair. After completing the work, she went over what she did and the outcome. Stacy had such a positive attitude and a contagious smile. Thank you so much Stacy.

  Safelite broke one of the two rails on my front windshield that holds the camera. Instead of telling me they tried to hide it and rig the camera in place. I took it to my dealer (not knowing why i was getting computer errors), and they explained the camera wasnt calibrated and they found it rigged in place. I took it back for a replacement and they replaced it, but the second time they didnt switch the inspection sticker. I called and they found it still in the shop and said i could go back, but im not ever going back there again. Throughout all this i talked to a person on the phone who took my number and said id be called back, but i never was. So in summary, they are dishonest, indifferent, poor at what they do, awful computerized phone system, and even happen to be located by a methadone clinic. To top it all off, a lady in line in front of me told them they left shards of glass on their front two seats. If i could give a negative score i would, but a zero Will have to do.
