  Service was great. Sally, the repair tech, was very friendly and made the whole process easy. Her attention to detail and the care she took with my vehicle really stood out. She explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated me with the kind of professionalism that’s hard to find these days. Outstanding service from start to finish.

  Got my windshield replaced on my 2025 gmc Acadia. They reassured me that it was the OEM windshield. I know for a fact it’s not a oem windshield because now my display screen is blurry and blends in with the street and cars infront, every detail from my dash is reflected onto my windshield and is very dangerous trying to drive like this! I really enjoy my display but now can even use it to it not being clearly visible not only that my maps isn’t working either now. So now I have to take my vehicle to gmc to get a diagnostics test done over there and now have to find transportation because that takes 2 days for them to do that. I’ve had nothing but problems from day 1 with safelite. I would not recommend this place.

  I used Safelite to have my windshield replaced after a rock hit it and then the extreme heat made the crack start to spread. I had Marcus as a technician. He is extremely knowledgeable and he’s a fast but extremely skilled technician. He gave me an estimated time of completion and he delivered on that which I was so grateful for because the rest of my day ran smoothly. Marcus explained every step of the installation and the aftercare. I really appreciate him and Safelite.
