Lee was incredibly informative, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. I dropped off my wheel and tire the next morning, and the repair was completed that same afternoon. Same-day service with excellent workmanship. Best of all, they were able to repair the wheel without dismounting, remounting, or rebalancing the tire, which saved me both time and money. The pricing was fair, the quality was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be returning to have the rest of my wheels refinished. Highly recommend — 10/10 for service, value, communication, and quality.
