We got there around 8 AM and had to wait until about 12 PM for our truck to get fixed. They told us it was the hose, so we got back on the road. We made it about 5 miles down the street, and the hose came back off, so we had to turn around and come right back. They fixed it again, but then we found out this morning that it was leaking. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Guys, y’all really have to do better with making sure the repair is actually done right before sending somebody back out on the road. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the staff was very kind, helpful, and right on it when we came back. I appreciate the customer service, but the repair should have been done correctly the first time.

We've been coming here since I moved from Florida and we have always had a good experience with Penske. We bring in our box trucks for maintenance and have always been greeted warmly by the shop. Service is always on point and prompt.

The desk clerk was fine. She did what she could. However, the location is ill equivalent to handle issues. We reserved a 16 ft truck for a move. Picked up on Saturday and got home, opened the back, and there was water on the floor. Clearly a leak in the truck. We called to try to exchange it for a different one and they didn't have a 16 ft truck. Couldn't get one until Monday which is not acceptable. We had to go with a 12 ft and we can't fit all of our stuff. I just feel like they should either check vehicles better or have better contingency plans if a truck is bad. Update: got the 12ft truck, got to our location, where is misted all day and then snowed....what do you know...another leak. Luckily ot was caught early and our stuff was mostly out of the truck. We only had a couple of boxes thar had water on them.
