  From the moment I walked in every employees greeted me in a professional manner and were very polite and accommodating. They answered all my questions in detail and assured me that they would take care of everything. Very clean inside, very friendly staff, well knowledgeable in all areas of duties performed and offered a friendly and very fast turn around service. I highly highly recommend this store for all tire related jobs or any mechanic work especially with the group of employees on staff. 10/10 experience. I will most certainly be back again.

  I'm sorry to hear about the previous customer's experience. However, whenever I visit this location, Ms. Reese is always professional, courteous, and honest about my vehicle. She takes the time to explain what it needs and provides excellent customer service. I appreciate her honesty and the positive experience she consistently provides.

  BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHOULD BE NO STARS. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FILE A COMPLAINT. MANAGER MS. REESE, not only did she LIED to me, but was RUDE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I advise for you, if you want to go to Mavis, go to another location.

  Great service at this location. Mechanic know what they are doing and will get you right. John specifically corrected my alignment after a previous job that messed it up badly. He got it all into specs and my vehicle is running great. Thank you guys!

  Stealing from customers. This was my first and last visit to Mavis. I scheduled an appointment to have my rear brakes serviced. My previous brakes serviced was at NTB, I was told they would honor the lifetime warranty for the brake pads. When I arrived to Mavis (previously NTB) I was quoted over $600 for the rear brake service. The over $600 quote included the "no charge" for the brake pads, that were under lifetime warranty. I explained that the price was higher than expected and they stated they would work with me. They reduced the price to $480.26. We discussed the follow up appointment for the front brake service, within two weeks. Later I asked if the brake flush was needed, and was told it was not. I then DECLINED that service, which should have LOWERED the total cost, and we agreed I would get the brake flush service on the UPCOMING visit. However, I was still charged for the brake flush service. When I called the store to ask Ms Reese for a refund of the brake flush charge, my request was denied. She asked the Area Manager, Sean, and he said no. At that point, no resolution was offered. Ms Reese lied to me & stated the brake flush test was bad so she included the brake flush service into my total price. I told her that was conflicting information because when I was there I confirmed the test was NOT BAD. I then emailed Sean and we eventually had a phone discussion. I immediately informed him that I would never return to Mavis. Something as small as a refund request should have been resolved at the shop. Despite all of my efforts, he still did not give me the refund for the brake flush charge. He emailed me a Mavis store voucher credit instead. LADIES DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.
