  Very courteous and friendly at the Coursey Blvd Mavis Tire location, I had an issue with my work vehicle back tire and they were helpful in helping with what was needed to get me back on the road, thanks to management and the service crew.

  I went to get an alignment and two tires put on my car yesterday. Quentin and his crew did an amazing job. I didn’t have an appointment but I was in and out in no time. They explained all the work that was done to my car and I really appreciate the experience I had at Mavis tire on Coursey Blvd. I highly recommend people to go and visit them. Thanks for servicing the community with such a great attitude and great hospitality.

  The service was very professional. A problem arose after initial visit caused by time. The problem was identified almost immediately and they made the additional repairs necessary for a reasonable price.

  Had a great experience at Mavis today! I came in for tires and they had me in and out much faster than I expected. The staff was professional, kept me updated throughout the wait, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. Highly recommend this location for quick, honest service!

  I came here to get my rear tires replaced, one had a knot and the other had bad traction. I scheduled an appt. and they were pretty quick to bring into the shop. The assistant manager was super nice and explained everything that I would be paying for and honoring the quote. After about 45 mins they brought my car out, honestly thought it was a little suspicious they put the tires on and everything that fast... I paid for the services which saved me 400 bucks. I drive off and dont even make it half a mile before my tire pressure light comes on. The 2 rear tires had a reading of 19psi, wayyy too low, like they didnt even put air in the tires when they installed them on my car. I pulled over with my hazards on and also noticed there were no caps on them either to keep the air in. I called and the assistant manager told me to please come back carefully and she would make it right. She profusely apologized and I told her it aint her fault, its the person who put the tires on. She was super nice and helped to fix the problem. However the employee who was filling up my tires didnt seem very happy with me. Like I did something wrong. He kept looking at me and he had an angry/annoyed expression the whole time. I feel like my car wasnt properly cared for and they just slapped the new tires on and called it a day. Shout out to the assistant manager though for being professional and making things right. Update: took it to another location and turns out that you guys didnt do anything I asked for. No alignment, no caps, no air. So basically you guys slapped on the tires without anything else I asked and sent me on my way. I will never be coming back and you best believe I will let everyone know not to come here.
