- SLS. LucasAug 7, 20263.0I’ve used Hampton collision twice. They do a very good paint job. It matches very well. However, the first time I ended up with some issues with some black material some type of I don’t know paint or grease on the vehicle and overspray on my door mirror on the driver side and I took it back, told them that I needed to have that removed . I took my vehicle back couple of days later after I noticed that the overspray on the mirror was still there didn’t pay much attention. Second incident occurred took my car back again within a year. They did the doors both my passenger front and rear door got the vehicle back and the glass had marks oni it. Everytime the glass glass would go up and down. It will get marks on it so they looked at it and told me they were ordering the parts and it would be about a week when it come back and I kept calling, kept calling, kept calling. kept calling and each time I called I was given a different excusewhy I couldn’t bring my vehicle in to get that done. Although I was told the parts that were needed to repair the front and rear door on the passenger side had been ordered .So, if that had been ordered, where is the part? Where are they? Why haven’t they’ve been able to call me after I called for three months straight. I leave messages none of my messages are returned. I also explained to them about the overspray on the driver door mirror so now I have the overspray on the door mirror and the passenger front and rear door glass are still messed up and I can’t get anyone to return my calls. At first. I thought this was going to be a very nice experience, but it turned out to be the opposite. I was and still very disappointed.
