Just went in to get a tire rotation and oil change. Quoted $114. Get told it’s recommended to get an alignment. I said ok, how long is it going to take and can I pay now? They said not long and no you pay at the end. I expected them to tell me if there was an increase since they already quoted me from the beginning. Get charged $280 after it all. I’m completely blindsided. I will never go back here and I do not recommended any young girls coming here because they will milk you for a ton of money.

I went to get new tires for my Dodge Charger and get a check engine light checked on. I told the guy who was checking me in that I had diagnosis print out from Autozone. He told me I cannot change the part based on that diagnosis because he had not diagnosed the problem and could not guarantee the work because of that and that it would cost $185 to run a diagnosis. Okay that is fine I totally understand would not expect a service center to that anyway, I just wanted to tell him what the Autozone diagnosis said. He said all this in a very RUDE way! He showed me a car key and said I am having a problem with this guy because he had changed a part based on another store's diagnosis or something like that. He seemed bothered with my presence there like I was bothering him with my car problems. I went ahead and left my car there because I had put this off long enough and really needed the work done. I have been going to this store for over 20 years with several cars, but will NEVER EVER go here again! Will not recommend this place to anyone. This place used to have the friendliest most helpful staff but they are all gone. Do not come here for goodyear tires try one of the other goodyear service centers.

The people that work at Goodyear on Siegen and Perkins are not very friendly. If I were not to have a road hazard plan with them, I would not use their service. I would recommend management observe their workers behaviors and how they talk to customers.

Recently went to Goodyear on Siegen to get new tires and a general inspection . We were first quoted an estimate of over $2500 for 4 tires plus a bunch of other things that needed to be replaced . Ended up just getting tires , wheel alignment , and tensioner pulleys ( $1400) Did not get others replaced since everything was not dire need of replacement. On the initial quote, a cabin air filter was needing replacement - now grant it my truck does not even have a cabin air filter!! . Why would they even say it needed replacement ? Makes me wonderful what other items they said needed to be replaced when it really didn’t? As we drove off the parking lot , we noticed a loud noise that was NOT there before. Had to return to get it checked out and the original mechanic that worked on truck left and the guy working on the truck said he wasn’t even a mechanic ?? Like what ??!!. Have been a loyal customer for 26 years . Management changed several years ago and they are not even part of AAA anymore . Do not go to this business . They will rip you off .
