  Brought my car in because we got a flat over the weekend. They found the issue and patched it up very quickly! I had my three young kids with me and they were very understanding of that. Professionals that I will work with again. They also had free water and coffee which was a bonus!

  Recently went to Goodyear on Siegen to get new tires and a general inspection . We were first quoted an estimate of over $2500 for 4 tires plus a bunch of other things that needed to be replaced . Ended up just getting tires , wheel alignment , and tensioner pulleys ( $1400) Did not get others replaced since everything was not dire need of replacement. On the initial quote, a cabin air filter was needing replacement - now grant it my truck does not even have a cabin air filter!! . Why would they even say it needed replacement ? Makes me wonderful what other items they said needed to be replaced when it really didn’t? As we drove off the parking lot , we noticed a loud noise that was NOT there before. Had to return to get it checked out and the original mechanic that worked on truck left and the guy working on the truck said he wasn’t even a mechanic ?? Like what ??!!. Have been a loyal customer for 26 years . Management changed several years ago and they are not even part of AAA anymore . Do not go to this business . They will rip you off .

  Horrible experience. I believe the manger is named Glen. He's not only rude to the customers but also to his own staff. They're clearly ripping off gullible customers in the name of diagnostic fee. A manager like him cannot keep a good business alive. At least be kind to your colleagues.

  They are either dishonest crooks or terrible at the jobs. I went there to get a tire patched and for an oil change. They said the tire could not be patched and quoted services of $601.45. I declined and went to Nashe's on Burbank who repaired for $10. As far as the oil change, I asked how much, Robert Kelly quoted 74,99 plus tax. They charged me with add ons 82.93 plus tax.

  Great experience with Goodyear. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient, and they did an excellent job with my tires. Everything was explained clearly, service was quick, and the quality of work was solid. I’d definitely recommend Goodyear for reliable tire service.
