  I went in for a full service oil change and was in good hands from beginning to end! Marcus was a joy to work with from the moment I pulled into the lot. He explained what services would be done to my vehicle, and was very knowledgeable about what maintenance my vehicle would need to keep it in working condition. They also checked my fluid levels, the quality of my filter, ensured all my lights were working properly, and gave me information about what to keep an eye out for in the future. When you come here, you are in good hands!

  My Mom and I were in Baton Rouge running errands when her car had a flat tire. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They attempted to fix the tire. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed. They quoted us a price for a new tire. We were in and out in less than 40 minutes. The waiting area was clean. Luckily for us they were open until 5 pm on a Saturday. Highly recommend.

  Marcus was great and very pleasant offering great customer service! He was informative offering different options on things I needed such as windshield wiper blades & filters. Will definitely be coming to this location again

  I received excellent service from the engineering team at Express oil. They were able to fit my car into their busy schedule. The issue was diagnosed and I appreciated the mechanic, Robert explaining the issue to me and offered an option to explore in hopes to avoid a costly repair. While, the alternative did not work out and the repair was needed, the team again, made room in their schedule, and made the repairs needed as quickly as possible. I also received stellar communication with the team manager, Danny. While finishing up I received service from both Mo and Marcus. They even helped locate the discount available for mechanical service that made a decent difference in the overall cost. I trust and rely on Danny, Robert, Marcus and Mo, and the entire engineering team. Thank you for getting my car smoothly running back on the road!
